What A Donald Trump Cabinet Really Looks Like
Wall Street Journal

This article will not be an opinion piece. While I have a million things to say about this man, and his policies, my words will not change the hearts of anyone. What I do hope to accomplish is to open the eyes of those who may not know the true extent of a country under President-Elect Trump. The following proposed Cabinet members come from Politico.com, and unbiased political website designed to track Presidential Elections. All information regarding the cabinet members individually was obtained from OnTheIssues.org, and unbiased fact-based website stating where law-makers stand on various issues.

Attorney General

Senator Jeff Sessions

Director of the CIA

Kansas Rep. Mike Pompeo

Now, let's take a moment to discuss the policies of these two men.

Firstly is Jeff Sessions. Jeff Sessions is widely known for his disapproval of abortions. He has voted 100% pro-life on all issues relating to them. He is adamant on the public dis-funding of abortion clinics such as Planned Parenthood. Now let's talk about Civil Rights, you know, that thing all of us want? Basic human rights? Respect and dignity? Sessions voted NO on the re-authorization of the Violence Against Women Act. According to whitehouse.gov, "This landmark federal legislation’s comprehensive approach to violence against women combined tough new provisions to hold offenders accountable with programs to provide services for the victims of such violence". Basically, it is a resource for women who have been assaulted, and a way to hold the assaulter accountable. He voted against this. Now this is the one that really tells me what kind of a man he is. Sessions voted NO on adding sexual orientation to the definition of a hate crime. In other words, if you are assaulted because you are gay, it does not count as a hate crime because-hey- you just shouldn't be gay, problem solved. Basically, if you're a woman, minority, or homosexual, this man will not fight for your rights. If you are a white man, congratulations, you're in the clear.

Now let's discuss Mike Pompeo. Pompeo has very similar views on abortions as Sessions, having voted similarly. Now in addition to what Sessions has voted, Pompeo believes and voted that the state definition of marriage (a man and a woman and ONLY a man and a woman) should overrule the federal, thereby making gay marriage illegal. Let's talk about education for a moment. This man believes that schools should be paid extra- $110M per year to be exact- to teach nothing but abstinence in schools. This is actually the worst possible way to protect kids from getting pregnant, and God knows under this man's rule that can't get an abortion once they do. Teaching kids to just NOT DO IT is how we end up with so many confused, pregnant teenagers. If you do not educate kids on how to be safe, they will continue to have sex, and do so in an unsafe manner.

Keep in mind no cabinet members are set in stone yet. These are all speculation. But this is what a cabinet under Donald Trump looks like.

Dear Mom,

You took care of me and my brothers our entire lives and you still continue to! I will not be able to truly grasp all of the hard work that you put into this family until I create my own one day. But, I know that there are plenty of times I forgot to give you a simple thank you or an appreciative smile. I thank you for everything that you have done for me and will continue to do for me. Here are some examples of those times where you had my back and I forgot to pat your back for saving me:

College is hard. As people ages 18-22, we’re just trying to figure out what we’re doing with our lives, our careers, our eating habits, exercise routines, sleep patterns, and other necessities for adult life. We definitely don’t take proper care of ourselves; it’s basically impossible when we have essays, tests and readings due and somehow we’re supposed to eat right, exercise and sleep. We’re doomed to get sick. I have zero experience in science but when I get sick there are certain things I do to make myself better.

Now that it seems “talking” is the new way to date, and will stay that way until another idiotic term is used to describe the people who can’t settle down and just date someone, I feel as if it’s time to go over the unwritten rules of “talking.”

Rule 1. Having feeling without feeling.
