William Shakespeare once said, "Men in rage strike those that wish them best." Now, in your eyes this quote could mean something in particular, but I see that this quote is illustrating that no one is really safe; once a man has taken in hatred and anger, their rage will strike against anyone around them.

Today it is June 12, 2016:

I got up this morning, went to the gym and then spent the evening at my aunt's house swimming with my parents and younger cousins. Today also happens to be the night that the Pittsburgh Penguins won the Stanley Cup; all in the meanwhile it was a beautiful day in the city of Pittsburgh.

June 11th a family, friends and fans lost the talent of 22 year old, Christina Grimmie.

The early hours of June 12th, family and friends in Orlando lost loved ones in a mass shooting; a shooting that was labeled as the most deadliest in U.S. history.

We all remember as children when the world was an exciting place: Fairytales were real, 7-up was the game to play in school, and your biggest worry was your friends finding you in a game of hide and seek. Fast forward to 2016 and our biggest fear is making it through another day alive. I cannot understand the hatred one could have for others; will we ever fully comprehend how someone picks up a gun or even a weapon alone, and strikes against the innocent? It truly a life-long mystery.

We live life every day as the weather is beautiful, but in reality darkness surrounds us with a doomed shadow. About a month ago, I took part on a study abroad trip to Paris and London, and during my trip, it allowed me to understand

There are tons of unisex names that are popular: Taylor, Alex, Bailey, etc. There are also numerous names that are used for both sexes, but they’re not seen as “unisex” yet. People are slowly becoming accustomed to the dual use of these names, but for the most part, in their minds they associate certain names with certain sexes. And that leaves those of us with these names in many awkward situations.
