When living in dorms, sometimes the only cooking equipment available are microwaves. Because of this, you have to get inventive with your cooking. This recipe is the perfect treat for a student with limited access to cooking utilities when you're up late or just craving something sweet!

Ingredients

1/4 cup of flour

5 tablespoons of milk

2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

2 tablespoons of sugar

2 tablespoons of cocoa powder

1 tablespoon of chocolate chips

1/4 teaspoon of baking powder

1/8 teaspoon salt

1 spoonful of your favorite spread (I like chocolate syrup, Nutella or cookie butter!)

Instructions

1. Mix all the dry ingredients in your mug.

2. Whisk in oil, milk and chocolate chips.

3. Dollop the spread into the center of your batter.

4. Microwave for 80 seconds.
