Okay guys, let's get real here: The upcoming Disney College Program is approaching real fast, and I'm dying to get down to Florida! Alas, here I am in my hometown crossing the days off my calendar and constantly checking my countdown app for the big day to come. Despite all of this anxious waiting, I've been watching Disney YouTube channels to pass the time. While these particular video makers/vloggers breathe and bleed the magic, they're also known for their other creative talents as well! So without further ado... Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls - here are my recent faves and highly recommended Disney YouTube peeps:

1. themissalliecakes

Are you beauty addict? How about a DIY fanatic?? Then this lovely lady is definitely for you if you're into makeup tutorials, subscription box reviews, and unlimited trip tips for your next visit to Disney Parks. Oh, and she's an elementary school teacher - need I say more!?

2. Noodlerella

Oh my gosh, this girl right here is such a cutie. Hailing all the way from the UK, Miss Connie is the one of the biggest fangirls you'll ever meet... Besides her undying love for Disney, she's also crazy about anime and cartoons (both nostalgic and current!). Fun fact: She got to voice Moxie Dewdrop in Dreamworks' latest animated film "Trolls"!

3. Keith Lapinig

...I wish I could write a whole essay about how much I love watching Keith's videos. As a future cast member with hopes to stay with The Walt Disney Company, I aspire to be as wonderful and inspiring as him someday. Keith definitely knows his stuff when it comes to everything and anything about Disney, and stays true to who he is as an artist. Not gonna lie, but if I ever get the opportunity to meet this man in the future, there's a good chance I might drown myself in tears of joy!

So what are you waiting for, fellow Disnerds!? Show these awesome human beings some love by subscribing to their channels, and get ready to experience the never-ending Internet entertainment!

We don't buy into these... just like how we don't buy our friends.

Being a part of any organization undoubtedly comes with the pitfalls of being grouped into negative stereotypes, and sororities are certainly no exception. Here are the top few things, that I find at least, are some of the most irritating misconceptions that find their way into numerous conversations...

Well all those fundraisers and marketing should would be a waste then wouldn't they?

11 Things Summer Nannies Can Relate To

There are plenty of obstacles that come when taking care of kids, but it's a very rewarding experience.

As a college student, being a nanny over the summer is both enjoyable and challenging. Underneath the seemingly perfect trips to the pool or countless hours spent playing Monopoly are the obstacles that only nannies will understand. Trading in your valuable summer vacation in return for three months spent with a few children less than half your age may seem unappealing, but so many moments make it rewarding. For my fellow summer nannies out there, I know you can relate.

There are a lot of really easy, common names in the U.S. and while many of those simple names have different spellings, most of the time, pronunciation is not an issue that those people need to worry about. However, others are not as fortunate and often times give up on corrections after a while. We usually give an A+ for effort. So, as you could probably imagine, there are a few struggles with having a name that isn’t technically English. Here are just a few…

Daydreaming

day·dream (ˈdāˌdrēm/): a series of pleasant thoughts that distract one's attention from the present.

Daydreams, the savior of our life in class. Every type of student in the classroom does it at least once, but most cases it is an everyday event, especially in that boring class -- you know the one. But what are we thinking while we are daydreaming?

Puerto Ricans. They are very proud people and whether they were born on the island or born in the United States by Puerto Rican parent(s). It gets even better when they meet another fellow Puerto Rican or Latino in general. You’ll know quickly if they are Puerto Rican whether the flag is printed somewhere on their person or whether they tell you or whether the famous phrase “wepa!” is said.
