If you have ever heard the phrase, "You're never too old for..." let me just tell you right away, you are never too old for Disney World! When I was 4 years old, I went to Disney World with my family on a Make-A-Wish trip. I am sure it was fun and we all had a blast, but honestly, I do not remember any of it. I feel like I remember it was, but that is only from the stories my parents and oldest sister have told me throughout the years. In sixth grade, I wrote a paper about having cancer and the very last sentence states, "It was fun to go to Florida, I wish I could go again."

This wish came true in 2013! There was a "Full House" episode where the Tanner family went to Disney, and it made me want to go so badly that I brought it up in conversation with my mom and would not stop talking about how awesome that one episode was. When my twin brother and I had our graduation party, we opened a box that had Disney World brochures and pamphlets in it. I was thrilled that we were taking a family vacation to Disney World!! Not only was it my family, but we each got to bring a friend along which made it even better. See below to get a glimpse at the Disney World parks.

Magic Kingdom

Where every day they have parades, you can meet all the characters, every night the castle is lit and there is a firework show! All of these are wonderful things, and might I add the rides are fun. Be sure to check out It's a Small World — during the ride you may regret it, but it is actually a small world. Plus, the song is catchy!

Epcot

There are some great rides at Epcot as well. But the best part, in my eyes, is the Travel Showcase. This is the area of the park where you are able to walk through different counties and see more of their culture. Many of the countries have music, food, little shops and so much more. The countries that can be visited are: Canada, The United Kingdom, France, Morocco, Japan, Italy, Germany, China, Norway and Mexico. You can also step into the American Adventure and the Future World. It is great to be able to see these countries cultures all in one day!

Hollywood Studios

Here you better have brought extra breathes and your brave pants! At Hollywood Studios lies the Rock 'n' Roller Coaster and the Tower of Terror. Though I was too chicken to go on the Tower of Terror, I did take a picture of it! The fact that is goes down really fast and then goes back up and repeats this process just does not sound fun. Rock 'n' Roller Coaster is a blast, though. It goes super fast, so be sure to pull your hair back so you can enjoy the ride.

Animal Kingdom

The best part about Animal Kingdom is the safari ride. You ride on an awesome safari bus and see all the animals. It is not everyday you get to go on a safari. Obviously, it is far from a real safari, but it is a great depiction of how one would be. They talk about the animals on the ride, too, and an educational ride is always great! You will also find Expedition Everest at Animal Kingdom. It is a roller coaster ride where you will climb Mount Everest, meet a yeti and then climb back down...backwards!

Disney World has so many fun rides for all ages to enjoy. You can meet all the characters, and get pictures with them! Remember: You're never to old for Disney World! It will be a trip you will never forget...unless you are 4 years old!

In honor of Mother’s Day, I have been thinking of all the things my mom does for my family and me. Although I couldn’t write nearly all of them, here are a few things that moms do for us.

They find that shirt that’s right in front of you, but just you can’t seem to find.

10 Reasons To Thank Your Best Friend

Take the time to thank that one friend in your life you will never let go of.

Thank You on wooden blocks

1. Thank you for being the one I can always count on to be honest.

A true friend will tell you if the shirt is ugly, or at least ask to borrow it and "accidentally" burn it.

2. Thank you for accepting me for who I am.

A best friend will love you regardless of the stale french fries you left on the floor of your car, or when you had lice in 8th grade and no one wanted to talk to you.

Everybody gets sick once in a while, but getting sick while in college is the absolute worst. You're away from home and your mom who can take care of you and all you really want to do is just be in your own bed. You feel like you will have never-ending classwork to catch up on if you miss class, so you end up going sick and then it just takes longer to get better. Being sick in college is really tough and definitely not a fun experience. Here are the 15 stages that everyone ends up going through when they are sick at college.

Do as I say, not as I do.

Your eyes widen in horror as you stare at your phone. Beads of sweat begin to saturate your palm as your fingers tremble in fear. The illuminated screen reads, "Missed Call: Mom."

Growing up with strict parents, you learn that a few things go unsaid. Manners are everything. Never talk back. Do as you're told without question. Most importantly, you develop a system and catch on to these quirks that strict parents have so that you can play their game and do what you want.

"Friends" maybe didn’t have everything right or realistic all the time, but they did have enough episodes to create countless reaction GIFs and enough awesomeness to create, well, the legacy they did. Something else that is timeless, a little rough, but memorable? Living away from the comforts of home. Whether you have an apartment, a dorm, your first house, or some sort of residence that is not the house you grew up in, I’m sure you can relate to most of these!
