To me, Disney really is the happiest place on Earth. Over spring break I had the opportunity to go with my mom and my brother for a couple of days. Nothing is better than that.

Initially, the best part was being reunited with brother and my mom and being able to spend time together.

From waking up early in the morning to staying late at night to ensure that we got to ride all the rides, see the characters, watch the parades and everything else in between. I wish I could go back and do it all over again.

Feeling overjoyed when walking up to Mickey Mouse and Pooh Bear but also feeling the thrill of going on the Rolle coasters. There is nothing I would change.

Even though it's been over a month since our stay, I still feel the joy it brings when looking back at the photos. I would do anything to be able to go back.

Smiling constantly and not feeling like there was a care in the world. Being with my brother who I don’t get to see made it even better.

From spinning our mom as fast as we could on teacups or competing against each other on the Buzz Lightyear ride. Even if he didn’t want to he would always wait in line so we could see Donald Duck, Minnie Mouse, and of course Cinderella.

There’s nothing like eating a churro with him while watching a show at the castle, that is what I call true happiness.

My mom has always been stellar at planning vacations. Without her, none of it would be possible. She always just wants the best for us. Seeing her face light up when she gave Piglet and Eeyore a hug made me so happy because I could tell she was so happy.

It was so fun being able to share the fun and unforgettable experience with her. Thanks, mom for making it the best two days of my life, I can’t wait to go back next year.

Disney truly is the happiest place on Earth and when you are there is never a dull moment. Even standing in line for a ride can be fun.

I am so happy I was able to create magical memories with my best friends.

As college students, we are all familiar with the horror show that is course registration week. Whether you are an incoming freshman or selecting classes for your last semester, I am certain that you can relate to how traumatic this can be.

1. When course schedules are released and you have a conflict between two required classes.

Bonus points if it is more than two.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
