16 Times Disney Princesses Perfectly Described Going Home For The Holidays

1. It's finally time to go home for the holidays, which means saying goodbye to your college bffs.

2. You get on the plane and start to get really excited because the middle seat is empty so you think you'll get to spread out.

3. The last possible person to get on the plane sits right next to you and of course they're going to want to talk to you the whole flight, even when you put headphones in.

4. Your plane finally lands and you're reunited with your family at the airport. You have one demand for your car ride home and of course, it's all about food.

5. When you get home, the first place you go is your bed.

6. And when your mom tries to get you out of bed, you refuse.

7. But then she starts yelling at you to help clean the house because family is coming over for the annual Christmas party. You know what you're going to have to do.

8. Your mom tells you to look presentable for dinner, which is a concept college kids seem to forget about.

9. Suddenly, the relatives arrive. And there's a lot of them. You start to panic.

10. Your little cousins tell you stories that are completely meaningless to you, but you still have to act like you care.

11. Internally, you're feeling like this:

12. Someone makes a joke about you still being a kid, but you're determined to show them how adult you are.

13. And then your dad points out how broke you are and you start to get defensive.

14. A couple hours later you see a spider and force your dad to kill it because, let's be honest, you're still pretty much a kid.

15. Once the family dinner is over, you look at yourself in the mirror and CANNOT believe that's what you looked like the whole time.

16. Finally, the makeup comes off. The sweats come on. It's Netflix time.

girl with a hat

This is for the girls who have dealt with an emotionally, mentally, physically or verbally abusive father.

The ones who have grown up with a false lens of what love is and how relationships should be. The ones who have cried themselves to sleep wondering why he hurts you and your family so much. This is for all the girls who fall in love with broken boys that carry baggage bigger than their own, thinking it's their job to heal them because you watched your mother do the same.

Blair Waldorf Quote
"DESTINY IS FOR LOSERS. IT'S JUST A STUPID EXCUSE TO WAIT FOR THINGS TO HAPPEN INSTEAD OF MAKING THEM HAPPEN." - BLAIR WALDORF.

The world stopped in 2012 when our beloved show "Gossip Girl" ended. For six straight years, we would all tune in every Monday at 9:00 p.m. to see Upper Eastside royalty in the form of a Burberry headband clad Blair Waldorf. Blair was the big sister that we all loved to hate. How could we ever forget the epic showdowns between her and her frenemy Serena Van Der Woodsen? Or the time she banished Georgina Sparks to a Christian summer camp? How about that time when she and her girls took down Bart Bass? Blair is life. She's taught us how to dress, how to be ambitious, and most importantly, how to throw the perfect shade.

too tired to care

1. The awkward hellos on move-in day.

You're moving your stuff onto your floor, and you will encounter people you don't know yet in the hallway. They live on your floor, so you'll awkwardly smile and maybe introduce yourself. As you walk away, you will wonder if they will ever speak to you again, but don't worry, there's a good chance that you will make some great friends on your floor!
