Growing up, I remember coming home after school, grabbing a snack, and the first thing I did was turn on Disney Channel to see what was on. Some of my most fond memories as a child was going home or siting at a friend's house watching Disney Channel and laughing all night. Here are a list of some of the best Disney Channel shows ever.

1. Kim Possible

She was exactly what you wanted to be when you grew up.

2. Boy Meets World

I loved Corey and Topanga. Serious #goals

3. High School Musical

Nothing made me happier than singing along to Gabriella's songs.

4. That's So Raven

I honestly wished I could see into the future just so I could be like Raven.

5. Lizzie McGuire

Probably my personal favorite. She did normal things and had normal problems. Like visiting Italy and getting mixed up with a famous pop star who looked just like her.

6. The Suite Life of Zack & Cody

I wanted to live in a hotel after watching this.

7. The Proud Family

My absolute favorite character in this show was the grandma.

8. Lilo & Stitch: The Series

Lilo and Stitch were my favorite Disney Channel characters of all time, and when they made a serious for it, pure heaven.

9. Hannah Montana

It doesn't seem like Hannah Montana was that long ago but it's been forever. One of the funniest shows I ever watched as a kid.

10. Phil of the Future

I don't know what it was about this show but I adored it.

11. Life With Derek

I very briefly remember this show, as it wasn't on tv for very long, but I do remember absolutely dying laughing when I did get to watch it.

12. Even Stevens

I use to absolutely love this show. I wonder what they're doing now?

All in all, Disney Channel was a huge part of my life growing up, and looking back on all these shows makes me feel great reminiscing on the wonderful things I use to watch.

Dear Mom,

You took care of me and my brothers our entire lives and you still continue to! I will not be able to truly grasp all of the hard work that you put into this family until I create my own one day. But, I know that there are plenty of times I forgot to give you a simple thank you or an appreciative smile. I thank you for everything that you have done for me and will continue to do for me. Here are some examples of those times where you had my back and I forgot to pat your back for saving me:

College is hard. As people ages 18-22, we’re just trying to figure out what we’re doing with our lives, our careers, our eating habits, exercise routines, sleep patterns, and other necessities for adult life. We definitely don’t take proper care of ourselves; it’s basically impossible when we have essays, tests and readings due and somehow we’re supposed to eat right, exercise and sleep. We’re doomed to get sick. I have zero experience in science but when I get sick there are certain things I do to make myself better.

Now that it seems “talking” is the new way to date, and will stay that way until another idiotic term is used to describe the people who can’t settle down and just date someone, I feel as if it’s time to go over the unwritten rules of “talking.”

Rule 1. Having feeling without feeling.
