Almost all of us have decided to go on a diet. We may have tried to work on that "summer bod", loose those "holiday pounds", or simply eat healthier. With every push to go on a diet, there are complications. Even though we have good intentions, bad ones seem to creep up on us while we have the mindset to better ourselves.

1. When you're trying to savor every bite of your well-portioned meal.

2. When someone catches you in the kitchen cabinet looking for a "healthy dessert".

3. When you allow yourself to indulge at a restaurant or special event.

4. When you completely regret the extra slice of cake you ate for dessert.

5. When you're hungry late at night and you cave in.

6. When you and your friend decide to treat yourselves because you both had a salad for lunch.

7. When you're trying to count your calories to properly plan your next meal.

8. When everyone around you can eat what they want while you diet.

9. How you think you look when you eat something unhealthy.

10. How you wish you could eat breakfast when you wake up starving.

11. When you hope to see results after two days of dieting and exercising.

A diet is extremely rewarding when you have the mindset to stick to it. Even though it is hard to maintain and sometimes unrealistic to plan perfectly, you can still reach your body goals. Regardless of who is on a diet, he or she definitely struggles once and awhile.

Rule 1. Having feeling without feeling.

What's up Asshat,

I've composed a list of things that I wish upon you, and they're harsh and cruel. These things are things that I wouldn't wish upon my worst of enemies, not even that Starbuck's barista who always screws up my order, not even him. You fall into a whole other category of hate. You surpass Starbucks barista. Congratulations, I'm actually a pretty nice person, making you worthy of every single bit of torture I wish upon you. What are these things I wish upon you you might ask?
