Diet And Exercise: Guide To A Healthier Life

This life is a blessing and it is my belief that we should not take it for granted. There are countless philosophies on the meaning of life, whether there is a god and if our souls are living a human existence. Whatever the case and whatever you believe, there is no doubt that the healthier you choose to live life, the happier and more productive it will be.

It is my opinion that my body really is a temple, a housing of the human spirit. My body is a machine from which this world has manufactured. It helps me to navigate this vast landscape, make choices, decisions and create a life that is meaningful to me. That's why were all here, isn’t it? To pursue our dreams and live out our fantasies to the hearts desire? If this is true than shouldn’t we take time to maintain our bodies in healthy conditions in order to get the chance to live out those dreams?

This is why diet and exercise are so important. Too much indulging in drugs and alcohol can end you up broke and in jail. Too much physical and mental activity can cause stress and exhaustion. Life is a balancing act. You have to have the fun with the hard work, and you need to work hard to have fun.

The way I was raised is that you give your good, better, best and you never let it rest until your good is better and your better is best. If you're following along with what I’m saying then you should recognize that what you have to give is never enough. There is no limit to what you can achieve and how you can achieve it.

If you want straight A’s in school, then you need to work hard. If you want to lose weight and get in shape, then you need to work hard. If you want to be the best writer in the world, then you need to work hard in order to achieve it. Nothing is handed to us, everyone wants what you have, and there are going to be people willing to put more time an effort into obtaining that goal than you are.

This is where diet and exercise play a crucial role. In order to sustain the long hours of study it takes to get good grades, in order to become the most fit version of your self and the best writer in the world, you need to devote 100% of you effort to that craft. If you aren’t giving your best effort everyday, you are not really living. If you aren’t putting your heart and soul into every obstacle which comes your way, then your simply drifting through life. We need a proper diet of healthy foods to fuel our growing bodies, and strong exercise regiment to keep us on track.

One might ask what can be learned from diet and exercise? For starters, proper diet and exercise are a form of self discipline. By pushing your limits of what you thought was possible, you are able to blow away all limits and realize that life is limitless. We have the potential to do great things, and by getting comfortable with being uncomfortable we are able to train our minds to see beyond the illusion of set boundaries. Belief in yourself and the fires of passion can be kindled in the mind. We can learn to over come all obstacles and we can learn to do great things time and time again.

We are not going to be young forever. Our life is an investment and so are our bodies as were stuck with them until we die. Why wouldn't you want to only put the best food possible into your body. You wouldn’t put the lowest grade of fuel into a sports car, or the slowest micro processing chip in a super computer. If you want to be the best then you have to eat, sleep, train and think like the best.

We are all going to get old, and it is no surprise that the older you get the harder it is to stay healthy. Do the work now why your young and active to be healthy. Put in the time to develop good eating habits, good sleep and exercise regimens; you will thank yourself when you get older.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
