If you couldn't already tell from the title, I may be binge watching "The People v. OJ Simpson: American Crime Story" on Netflix (and by may be, I mean I am). And if you don't know me already, I am fascinated with conspiracy theories. So, I figured it would only be appropriate to write an article about the murder of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman and the conspiracy theories that surround this famous trial. Here are some conspiracy theories that all involve one question: did OJ really do it?

OJ Simpson's son committed the murder.

This theory is probably the most popular among all the other conspiracy theories surrounding this case. Many people believe that Jason murdered his stepmom. People say that Jason had a tumultuous relationship with Nicole, and that this could have led to a confrontation, then eventually murder. According to a private investigator named Bill Dear, a knife was found in a storage unit that Jason owned, and the butt of that knife could have done the damage seen on Nicole's scalp.

OJ Simpson was suffering from a brain injury.

As absurd as this sounds, there is a lot of research on this topic. Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE) has led to many deaths among NFL players. Since football players are involved in head-to-head contact, they can develop this post-brain trauma occurrence.

Due to the amount of head trauma received during a football player's professional career, they may show signs and symptoms of CTE when their career is over. Some symptoms of CTE include: memory loss, confusion, impulse control problems, impaired judgement, aggression, depression, suicidal tendencies, parkinsonism, and eventually progressive dementia.

OJ seemed to have past history with some aggressive and erratic behavior, especially according to friends of Nicole, who claimed he had assaulted her on many different occasions. These symptoms of CTE do match up with some of the events that OJ has been involved in. Whether or not this could have been the reason why he murdered Nicole (IF he did murder her), it is something that we will never know until OJ passes away and doctors are able to run some tests on his brain. Until then, this is one theory that could ultimately change everything.

OJ hired a hitman.

Serial killer Glen Rogers has killed over 70 people (so he says jokingly), and admitted to murdering Nicole and Ron. Roger's brother Clay believes that Glen was the murderer of Ron and Nicole. As interesting as it may seem, how exactly did OJ go about hiring a serial killer to kill his ex-wife for apparently no reason? And besides, OJ's blood was in the Bronco.

The Colombian drug cartel did it.

In her book, Faye Resnick admitted to the fact that she and Nicole both did drugs together. Claiming that Nicole may have gotten into some drug dealing trouble isn't a super far-fetched idea, but there are still some skeptics out there.

Just a little bonus, Ron Goldman's father believed that Rob Kardashian was hiding evidence during the trials. He claims that Kardashian left Oj's house with a briefcase full of evidence and disposed of it. Goldman believes that the evidence Kardashian got rid of would have been sufficient enough to put OJ behind bars.

What do you believe actually happened? Did OJ really do it?

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
