Yes, yes. You are reading that correctly. I did a juice cleanse. Something I have never done before or ever thought I would do. For one week I did the nearly impossible and put nothing in my body except juices and I documented it. Every thought I have had in the past week has been documented. Although I have no idea what I'm doing.
DISCLAIMER: I am not a nutritionist, nor a doctor. The juices and vitamins I am experimenting with, I got the OKAY from professionals based on my current health. This is also not a promo. The products used are solely what I found to be the most beneficial to me, and want to share what I experienced.
Starting off my first week of juicing I had to drink 6 juices a day for 7 days. All the juices have tons of ingredients that are meant to boost energy and increase health. Unfortunately, none of them contain alcohol.
Juice 1: spinach, kale, apple, collards, and lemon. (The only juice that will be repeated every day).
Juice 2: orange, carrot, ginger, and lemon.
Juice 3: green apple, cucumber, spinach, celery, and lemon.
Juice 4: apple, beet, carrot, and lemon.
Juice 5: cucumber, pineapple, and aloe vera.
Juice 6: if you were actually reading you know the first one is repeated.
Day 1:
"this isn't so bad."
"this is bad"
"I can do this"
Day 2:
"I need coffee. I need coffee"
"coffee coffee coffee coffee"
Day 3:
"I need to actually eat something before I pass TF out. So. We're gonna go do that."
Day 4:
"Nope."
I now have roughly 35 juices that I will now be drinking for only breakfast and snacks. But a full on juice cleanse is not for me. Sticking to vitamins and food as I love potatoes too much.
At least I can say I tried.
