I'll be honest. I was never Demi Lovato's biggest fan.

Sure, I loved her on Sonny with a Chance and some of her early songs like "La La Land" were huge hits, but after that there were only select songs that I willingly listened to. However, with the release of her new album, "Tell Me You Love Me," my opinion has changed.

I have listened to the album all the way through multiple times, thoroughly enjoying every minute of it. She goes from fast paced pop hits to heart wrenching declarations of love and heartbreak and everything in between. So for Demi lovers to just occasional fans, I suggest you add these six songs to your playlist as soon as humanly possible.

1. Tell Me You Love Me

Arguably my favorite song on the album. Demi is talking about someone that she never wants to leave her. Basically, this person completes her and she needs them in her life.

Favorite line: "And all my friends, they know and it's true. I don't know who I am without you."

2. You Don't Do It For Me Anymore

In comparison, Demi is looking back at a past relationship and realizing that this person isn't right for her. She is moving on and isn't making excuses for her partner anymore.

Favorite line: "I won't fall for your games. So don't hate me when I say, that you don't do it for me anymore."

3. Daddy Issues

This is the song that has been stuck in every one of my friends' heads this week. It is a fun song that is even funnier when you have a group of girls singing it in the halls of our dorm. Daddy issues or not, this is a great song. I'm pretty sure anyone could tell what the song is about just based on the title.

Favorite line: "Don't know how to commit, but I might want your kid."

4. Only Forever

This one is super relatable. Demi sings about waiting around for the right time to be with someone and said she will wait forever for this person. Even if she meets someone else or she can't wait any longer, she will always want the person.

Favorite line: "I'll give you one more chance, but it only lasts, only forever."

5. Cry Baby

Demi talks about falling for someone who keeps hurting her. They break up just to make up and it hurts her more every time. They are wrong for each other but keep getting together anyway, even when it ends badly.

Favorite line: "And I'm not cry baby, but you make me cry baby."

6. Games

Everyone knows someone who just wants to play games instead of being straight up. Demi gets it just right with this song and hints that revenge may be on the way. She calls this guy out and it is amazing.

Favorite line: "I date men, But you're actin' like a little boy. And no I ain't your little toy. Honey, I don't need new friends."

College students, you might be able to relate to this one. These probably sound familiar because we often tell ourselves these phrases; however, we are unable to follow or agree with these the following, deep down inside of our overwhelmed, tired minds.

1. "No more spending money on useless things"

Until you walk into a 99 cents store and suddenly have the urge to pick up anything that's less than a dollar.

As college students, we are all familiar with the horror show that is course registration week. Whether you are an incoming freshman or selecting classes for your last semester, I am certain that you can relate to how traumatic this can be.

Bonus points if it is more than two.
