Muffins are one of the best things to wake up to in the morning. They are flavorful and sweet. However, many times they can be loaded with a ton of added sugar, and that is just not how you should want to start your day. Luckily, through Pinterest scrolling and searching I have found numerous healthier muffin recipes.

Through trial and error I have come up with my own version of a healthy Banana Peanut-Butter Muffin. Sweet banana and creamy peanut-butter come together to make an absolutely delicious healthy muffin. And who doesn't want a healthy muffin?

So next time you are in a breakfast rut, try making this out-of this world healthy Banana Peanut-Butter Muffin. It's easy to make, healthy, and still delicious, so you can’t go wrong with this recipe!

Recipe:

1) Banana Peanut-Butter Muffin:

This muffin has no sugar, no dairy, and to put it simply it is basically your morning oats in a muffin form. So you should feel no guilt or regret eating this for breakfast or having it as a healthy sweet treat. The peanut-butter makes the muffins gooey and delicious.

Ingredients:

2 Large Bananas

1 Eggs

1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats

1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour

1/4 Cup Creamy Peanut-Butter

1/3 Cup Honey

1 Teaspoon Baking Powder

1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda

1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

3/4 Cup Almond Milk

Instructions:

1) Preheat Oven to 325 F.

2) Mash bananas well, so there are no lumps. Then add eggs, honey, and almond milk. Mix until all combined.

3) Add the oats and whole wheat flour to the wet ingredients. Mix until all combined.

4) Scoop the muffin batter into a tin with muffin liners. (You can spray the muffin liners lightly with oil to make it easier to take the muffins out)

5) Bake the muffins for about 20-25 minutes.

6) Enjoy!

Everyone has insecurities, that's just a fact. You didn't ask to be born this way. You didn't ask to inherit the one trait no one else in your family has. They have to flaunt they're perfectly tanned body from Spring Break and hold their sun-kissed skin against yours. But I've had enough... here are the things that perpetually pale individuals are tired of hearing.
