Debbie Reynolds' Impact On My Childhood

My childhood inspiration dies, as I hope to live as she did.

Debbie Reynolds dies at age of 84, the day after her daughter, was all I saw on December 28th. The Halloweentown star, as I would know her, was my favorite actress. From all the Halloweentown movies to Singing In The Rain. She was an inspiration to me from a young age, and still is.

Debbie Reynolds helped me become more outgoing. When I was a child my favorite movies were, well, all the Halloweentown movies. I would always try to watch them. I even got my parents to buy me them on DVD. Her character showed me to be open to new things and take everything one step at a time. She also showed me that sometimes you don't need to think about what will happen in the future but what'll happen in the moment, although sometimes it did back fire.

As a young girl I aspired to be an actress. It was a dream of mine from the age of three and still is. I wanted to have rolls like Reynolds did. One where I could be myself and connect with the character I was given in order to inspire other children who dream of being actors.

On December 28th Halloweentown cries, for the loss of an amazing witch. Rest in piece to an amazing inspiration. For as her princess has already left, and all she wanted was to be with her.

18 Things I Want To Do Now That I'm 18

I'm technically an adult, so I'm legally required to live a little, right?

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?

I've been super busy lately with school work, studying, etc. Besides the fact that I do nothing but AP chemistry and AP economics, I constantly think of stupid questions that are almost impossible to answer. So, maybe you could answer them for me, and if not then we can both wonder what the answers to these 15 questions could be.
