Dear Whataburger

It's all about that big orange W.

Dear Whataburger,

When I met you last August for the first time, I had no idea how important you would become to me. Although we didn’t meet until I started college, you welcomed me with open arms. From that first taste of spicy ketchup, I knew you would have a place in my heart.

Thank you for being open late at night, ready to feed my late-night munchies. Whether it is a post-party honey butter chicken biscuit or an all-nighter study break snack, I know I can count on you, your bright florescent light shining into the night as I make my way home.

Thank you for daring to break the sandwich mold. Not many other places would think to put chicken fingers on a sandwich, let alone cover it in delicious sauce and cheese. With burger toppings like avocado, A1 sauce, or green chilies, there is a sandwich for my every mood.

Thank you for offering me GRAVY as a dipping sauce. The first time I saw this, I was confused, curious and a little afraid. Turns out there is nothing scary about it, and you should most definitely be dipping your fries in gravy.

Thank you for welcoming me back, even after I’ve stolen the orange number signs from you. You've provided decorations to numerous dorm rooms all over Texas.

Thank you for having cups so big you could swim in them. I don’t know why I would swim in sweet tea, but I like knowing that I have the option.

Despite the ridiculous calorie counts, I love you, Whataburger. You will always have a place in my heart.

27 Things 'The Office' Has Taught Us

"The Office" is a mockumentary based on everyday office life featuring love triangles, silly pranks and everything in between. It can get pretty crazy for just an average day at the office.

When you were little, your parents probably told you television makes your brain rot so you wouldn't watch it for twelve straight hours. However, I feel we can learn some pretty valuable stuff from television shows. "The Office," while a comedy, has some pretty teachable moments thrown in there. You may not know how to react in a situation where a co-worker does something crazy (like put your office supplies in jello) but thanks to "The Office," now you'll have an idea how to behave ifsomething like that should happen.

Here are just a few of the things that religious Office watchers can expect to learn.

High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

Books were always about understanding for me, about learning the way someone else sees, about connection.

High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

I keep making this joke whenever the idea of books is brought up: "God, I wish I knew how to read." It runs parallel to another stupid phrase, as I watch my friends struggle through their calculus classes late at night in our floor lounge: "I hope this is the year that I learn to count." They're both truly idiotic expressions, but, when I consider the former, I sometimes wonder if there's some truth to it.
