Sponsored by ABC Fine Wine and Spirits, Orlando Weekly, Tito's Handmade Vodka, and Downtown Orlando, participating restaurants offer a special multi-course menu with a fixed price of $30, attracting new customers who are looking for a culinary adventure.

Many restaurants introduce new dishes as part of their Bite30 menu and with a three-course-meal with the price of a single entree, they use the advantage to showcase their best ingredients on a plate. They are also providing extra prizes such as gift cards for some customers that decide to tag #Bite30 on social media as well as @orlandoweekly and @abcfinewinespirits.

This guide provides a taste of what to expect when trying Bite30's dishes, and some tips on what you shouldn't miss from chefs and restaurant owners themselves. Enjoy!
