Dear Nick,
Thank you for making September 6th, 2015 truly memorable. A few months before I met you, my grandmother passed away. A day later, my aunt had a miscarriage. Your song, "A Little Bit Longer," helped me through that rough time.
I have been a fan of yours since I saw you and your brothers on the "Burnin' Up" tour. Since then, it was a dream of mine to meet you. I saw you and your brothers on tour a few more times: World Tour 2009 and the Mixtape Festivalin 2013. In 2010, I flew out to California just to see you and your brothers perform at Saddleback Church's Easter Celebration.
Every tour I’ve gone to seems to get better. You always know how to put on an amazing show.I am grateful for all you have done. I love how you encourage people living with type 1 diabetes. I also admire your work ethic. Rather it is creating new music, shooting a new movie, touring, or writing songs for other artist, you never seem to slow down. I love how driven and passionate you are about what you do.
I admire your acting skills. From JONAS to Careful What You Wish For. From Hawaii 5-0 to Kingdom, you have definitely grown as an actor. I can tell you put in a lot of hard work to make those characters come to life. Your musical talent is incredible. Being able to play 3 instruments and have an amazing voice; it still blows my mind. Rather you're playing the guitar, piano, or drums, you make it look so easy. I started learning how to play the guitar, and I have to admit, it isn't easy. Thank you for sharing your talent with us.
Every time I heard your "Little Bit Longer" speech, it inspired me to not let anything slow me down. I was also inspired by something that you tweeted:
"Keep working. Keep pushing. Keep growing." -Nick Jonas
That tweet inspired me to go back to school and work hard, even though it was hard for me to be faraway from my family.
I wanted to tell you how your music helped me, but I was too shy to talk. No matter what I'm going through, your music always gets me through the day. Listening to your music even helped me overcome homesickness.
Whenever I look at my meet and greet photo, I get the biggest smile on my face because I remember how sweet you were to me.
I loved hanging out with you at the post show toast. As I watched you interacting with the other fans, I couldn't help but notice how kind and humble you were to everyone.
Again, thank you for making September 6th truly memorable. It will definitely be a day I'll never forget.
Love,
Amanda
P.S. "Remember I Told You"is amazing. I've had the song on repeat since it was released, and I'm looking forward to hearing more of your new music. I know it will be great.
