Dear future husband,

I hope you don't mind that I am a thief of the blankets, and I have to keep the fan on when I go to sleep (even if it's freezing). Hopefully, you like the smell of coffee early in the morning and don't mind the fact that by marrying me you agreed to be lifelong Netflix-watching partners. I will probably leave the lamp on long after you fall asleep because I love to read late at night. You will definitely be forced to go grocery shopping with me, and you'll have to decide where we go to eat because I'm so indecisive.

I can't wait to meet your family, but even more than that, to become our own family. I am so excited to watch you lead the family that we create. I hope you don't mind getting a real Christmas tree -- I love the way that they smell. I am SO looking forward to the memories and traditions we will get to make!

I promise to try and support every decision that you make, even if I don't agree because I know that you are always going to do what is best for our family. I promise to choose you and keep choosing you every day of my life, even if sometimes I don't feel like it. I promise that I will never put our relationship before my relationship with Jesus. I promise to serve and to love you. I promise to pray for you and with you, always. I promise to acknowledge the fact that you are a human being and you make mistakes. I promise to forgive, to listen, to cry with, to honor, and to do whatever I can to further the Kingdom with you by my side.

I am SO flipping excited to meet you! I can't wait to read our Bibles together, to pray together, to take those family pictures where our clothes are color coordinated (just kidding), and to watch you serve Jesus. I just can't wait to live every day with you!

XOXO,

Your future wife
