Lord have mercy! Look what we have here, one of my favorite comedians has lost their doggone mind. Known for his "rough around the edges" comedy, the "Pimp Chronicles" Katt Willliams has fallen into the rabbit hole from "Alice In Wonderland" and has been tripping ever since.
Now, we all knew that Williams was slightly off for the past few years with his constant in-and-out trouble with the law – starting around the prime time of his career, like mid-2000s, up to now with multiple arrests, lawsuits, and disputes. It just seems like he can't get it together and it's very embarrassing to witness everything in the public eye.
For me, what really took the strawberry cake was the recent incident this March when Williams got into this altercation with a 17-year-old that ended with him getting choked out on the ground. The footage instantly went viral and it had me like:
That's not even the worst of it. Just as of March 28, there are reports of his family finding him naked in chocolate after a police raid. I guess his family are trying to get him some professional help, but in William's mind, he thinks they are after his money. So, he's kind of having this Tupac "Me Against The World" mentality and it makes him look crazy.
Let me tell y'all something, as a dedicated fan of his, seeing his early legal situations I never took it as serious as I probably should of. Many fans kind of see him as a joke and see the situations as funny, but it was never funny then and now. I just want to shake this little man and have my inner Tyra come out.
His comedy was so pure and realistic to black culture that it was hard to not love it. The honesty made everyone love him even more. Williams always talked about the dangers of Hollywood and its scary to see how Hollywood turned his life upside down.
Dear Katt Williams, you need to reboot and relocate to start reliving your life. Get far far away from Hollywood, even go out the country for serenity. I would highly recommend any part of the Caribbean for the culture and good food. Take a hiatus for a couple of years, make us miss you and forget all this foolishness. Also, I would really recommend listening to your family and taking their advice of seeking professional help.
A good three-to-five years to yourself, announced an hour long comedy show through some TV channel, possibly Comedy Central. Then, you'll be on your L.L. Cool J "Don't Call It A Comeback" groove. We all know you can do it, but right now you need to go home.
Go home Katt.
Don't even worry about your fans staying dedicated cause like your famous saying...
