In This Article:

I know period cramps can be horrible — crippling to the point where you can't get through the day. Sometimes, it can be hard to even muster up the energy to get out of bed. But we are some boss ass women who can tell our periods to suck it. Here are some tips on how to deal with your cramps!

Take pain medication

Obviously, pain meds are an option but if this isn't the route for you, continue reading!

Take a nap

This may or may not work for some people but I find that just taking a small nap alleviates some of the pain.

Use a heating pad

If you have a heating pad, great! If not, run a cloth under warm water, wring the water out, and use that as a substitute.

Drink water...LOTS of it

I know everybody says this but I can't stress how much this helps when I'm feeling the cramps coming on.

Do some exercise

Use the bathroom

Constipation and period cramps are just never a good mix.

Throw yourself into work

Sometimes distracting yourself from the pain can also help.

Have an orgasm

Do whatever you need to do, *wink wink* the hormones released do wonders for the pain.

I hope these tips helped. Just keep pushing on, and think about how this doesn't last forever!

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!
