A day in the life of Tim.

I know, I live the most exciting life of all time! You all must just be dying to find out what I do every day, right?

Oh... You don't... This is awkward...

Well, one thing I do every day is tell the haters to screw off. So, if you aren't interested, I urge you to screw off.

Every morning, I wake up. Then, I fall back asleep and wake up to my 2nd alarm. This process goes on until my 5th alarm goes off. After I get up, I realize that I have overslept one of four 8 a.m. classes. I jump to my feet, throw on whatever I find, and sprint to my 8 a.m. (For those of you who were wondering why I look like garbage so often, there's your answer!)

After I get to my 8 a.m. I take out my computer and pretend to pay attention until the professor gets to notes. Oh wait, my parents might be reading this... I mean, I get to school and put a shiny apple on my desk and fold my hands together while I happily listen to the lesson.

So, now it's about 9:30 and I'm ready to go take a nap (To my family reading this, yes I have started taking naps). I normally sleep until around 10:45 so I have enough time to walk to my 11:00 am class. That teacher doesn't let me go on my laptop, so I just kinda pretend to take notes and doodle in my notebook. Sometimes, I stare out the window and try to find a way out of that class.

When I finally get out of that class, my mind is mush and I'm ready for (you guessed it) another nap! This time, I can nap for as long as I want, because all my classes are finished, and my friends have class.

I normally wake up to one of my friends trying to call me to hang out. That's when I get out of bed and pull myself together. Then, I go to the dining hall with my friends. I basically eat desserts and fruit, maybe a couple disgusting slices of pizza if I'm feeling so inclined!

After that, if the weather permits, I like to go to the waterfront by my college and just sit and ponder life (Oh snap, I should be a Philosophy major! Wait, they don't make money!).

Now that I've been at the river for about an hour or so, I'll call my friends so I don't get bored. Then we all take adorable squad pics for Instagram (Hmu @ukulele.life97).

After I have got my Instagram moment, I normally go to the dining hall for dinner (No, I don't eat breakfast; deal with it!).

Then, I do whatever homework I have and go to bed.

This is a day in my life, hope you enjoyed it.

In honor of Mother’s Day, I have been thinking of all the things my mom does for my family and me. Although I couldn’t write nearly all of them, here are a few things that moms do for us.

They find that shirt that’s right in front of you, but just you can’t seem to find.

10 Reasons To Thank Your Best Friend

Take the time to thank that one friend in your life you will never let go of.

Thank You on wooden blocks

1. Thank you for being the one I can always count on to be honest.

A true friend will tell you if the shirt is ugly, or at least ask to borrow it and "accidentally" burn it.

2. Thank you for accepting me for who I am.

A best friend will love you regardless of the stale french fries you left on the floor of your car, or when you had lice in 8th grade and no one wanted to talk to you.

Everybody gets sick once in a while, but getting sick while in college is the absolute worst. You're away from home and your mom who can take care of you and all you really want to do is just be in your own bed. You feel like you will have never-ending classwork to catch up on if you miss class, so you end up going sick and then it just takes longer to get better. Being sick in college is really tough and definitely not a fun experience. Here are the 15 stages that everyone ends up going through when they are sick at college.

Do as I say, not as I do.

Your eyes widen in horror as you stare at your phone. Beads of sweat begin to saturate your palm as your fingers tremble in fear. The illuminated screen reads, "Missed Call: Mom."

Growing up with strict parents, you learn that a few things go unsaid. Manners are everything. Never talk back. Do as you're told without question. Most importantly, you develop a system and catch on to these quirks that strict parents have so that you can play their game and do what you want.

"Friends" maybe didn’t have everything right or realistic all the time, but they did have enough episodes to create countless reaction GIFs and enough awesomeness to create, well, the legacy they did. Something else that is timeless, a little rough, but memorable? Living away from the comforts of home. Whether you have an apartment, a dorm, your first house, or some sort of residence that is not the house you grew up in, I’m sure you can relate to most of these!
