Sure, it's "fall semester" but it's also still 80 degrees and doesn't get dark until 8:30 p.m. So until that changes, day-partying on campus is going to be a thing.
And this is what you need to participate:
1. LADIES
GiphyWe're going to get the most important point out of the way. Darty season is for the girls and only the girls. You have the rest of the semester to be coupling up, so spend these last 'summer' days dancing with your crazy girlfriends.
2. Fanny Pack
GiphyIn my personal opinion, everyone should bring a fanny pack everywhere. If you're not cool with rocking one 24/7, just rock one at the darties.
3. Not-So-Important Shoes
GiphyAlthough it isn't quite the muddy season yet, it is never safe to wear the new sneakers out. You never know when you're going to have to tip toe through the woods to find the nearest ladies room, and you don't know who might spill who knows what on the white converse. Play it safe. Aim for black.
4. AguaÂ
GiphyIf any season is sweaty season, it's darty season. Hydrate your body, it will make you feel better tomorrow.
6. The Camera
GiphyNo better place to take a cute insta than a darty/tailgate. There is no cuter outfit than some overalls and a crop top.
7. ENERGY
GiphyPlease dance. And please dance hard. Even if that just means some constant jumping. But don't quit.
9. Your freakin' keys
GiphyNothing worse than heading home, planning a fat nap, and being stuck outside of your door.
