Dancing with the Stars Live Brings Breathtaking Choreography from the Ballroom to the Stage

It was less than a year since Dancing With the Stars live last made its way across the biggest cities in the United States. But that did not stop the anticipated excitement on the sold-out crowd’s faces as they made their way to their seats. The show, inspired by the hit ABC reality series of the same name, is not a live taping but an unforgettable night celebrating the art of dance.

The annual tour first began in the winter of 2006, with dedicated supporters coming back each year for a new entertaining experience of compatible couples, upbeat music, and lively, intricate dance sequences. This year, the performances were hosted by Gabby Windley, a reality television star best known for her prominent appearances on the Bachelorette. Joining alongside Gabby was the cast of dancers featured on the show that included fan favorites Sacha Farber, Britt Stewart, Emma Slater, and Gleb Savchenko.

It was a dazzling delight from start to finish. Each dancer was dynamic in incorporating a wide variety of interpretive styles of dance from salsa to ballroom which had me on the edge of my seat for what surprises would unfold in front of my eyes next. In a small theater setting with a great view no matter where the seats were, the show felt very intimate. I could feel the passion poured out into each performance that made each dance and musical selection come alive. The show is a tribute to the art form and will ignite the love of dance in everyone who sees it live.

Dancing with the Stars continues to tour throughout the United States, making stops in New York, Ohio, Georgia, and Arizona. Visit DWTS.com to find a city near you and purchase tickets.

It's officially December. There is less than a month of 2024, and I still feel like yesterday was summer. Now comes the merriest time of the year, the Christmas season.

Everyone has been waiting for this time of year since mid-October (which is way too early, in my opinion) or before. It's a time of love, family, memory-making, and gift-giving. A lot of times when I ask friends and family what they want, I get a lot of "I don't know" or "I don't care."

I was sitting at my cubicle, now that I am an adult, looking at the rain pouring down on the windowsill, bumming on life, wishing for the rain to just stop for a full day.

There are moments where we count down the hours until work is over and how many more days till the weekend, and this many weeks until something exciting. Or something like that? And since this is my first year out of college being a “real person,” I am totally missing the winter, spring and summer breaks. I am sure all of us have felt this way even if just for a hot minute…
