I dance for many reasons, but not the reasons you would think.

Dancing Isn't Just A Hobby For Me, It's My Entire Life
Emily Saravia

I have danced since a very young age. It's always been something I absolutely love to do. As I've grown older, I've learned more about why I actually choose to dance. It isn't just a hobby. It's so much more than that.

Dance to me is a passion. It's a love. It's a lifestyle. You don't just wake up one day and decide that you're going to be a dancer. You can't expect it to come naturally. With some, it does come naturally, but most people have to work their butts off to get to where they wanna be. I have been dancing for more than 10 years to reach the level I am at. I'm nowhere near perfect, nor will I ever be. Dancing has become who I am. It isn't just a part of who I am, it is my entire being.

Ever since I was three, I've dreamt of dancing for a huge company and being able to bow in front of thousands of people who are amazed by what I've accomplished. Even now, that is still my dream. But, unlike when I was little, it's a goal now. A goal that I believe I am capable of achieving. It's not just some hopeless dream that will never happen. I truly believe I can actually reach this goal and pursue my entire life's dream of dancing professionally.

Now, I have earned the opportunity to train for this goal. Going to college to major in dance is just the beginning of rest of my life. Nothing has prepared me for the absolute excitement that I have now.

The Lord has given me the gift of dance, and I am going to pursue that gift in any and every way that I can. I am truly blessed and beyond grateful for everything I have been able to accomplish and everything I will accomplish in the future.

There are tons of unisex names that are popular: Taylor, Alex, Bailey, etc. There are also numerous names that are used for both sexes, but they’re not seen as “unisex” yet. People are slowly becoming accustomed to the dual use of these names, but for the most part, in their minds they associate certain names with certain sexes. And that leaves those of us with these names in many awkward situations.

I'm an anthropology major, and I love every minute of it. I couldn't tell you why, but I guess there's just something about studying different lifestyles that absolutely fascinates me. But anthropology majors definitely have our weird sides, especially when you go to a school that is filled with mostly Business and Bio majors. But us weirdos definitely have a lot in common, specifically these 16 things.

pale girl

Everyone has insecurities, that's just a fact. You didn't ask to be born this way. You didn't ask to inherit the one trait no one else in your family has. And you definitely didn't ask to be this ghostly white. But as soon as you've learned to live with it for a while (less wrinkles later on in life, right? right???) someone has to ruin it for you. They have to flaunt they're perfectly tanned body from Spring Break and hold their sun-kissed skin against yours. But I've had enough... here are the things that perpetually pale individuals are tired of hearing.
