Sleep
Filled with dreams
Stretching to the sun
Running, swimming, dancing
Embracing the fun
Dance
The rhythm, a body
Longs to feel
Movement and beat
Twirling, I become real
Dreams
Of a Life
Now, lived in dreams
Of dancing and running
My immortal soul screams
Screams
Remembering a body
Now, broken and stiff
Dancing with lovers
And husbands now dead
Life
Now lived on wheels
Swaying with music
Grands asking for lifts
Denying due to pain
Dance
Not as planned
Not as lived
Not as wanted
Dance, Now lived in dreams.
