This past week I went to Dan and Phil's (Daniel Howell and AmazingPhil) second stage show, "Interactive Introverts", and it was an out of this world experience. Two years ago, they had their first stage show "The Amazing Tour Is Not On Fire" and I was actually supposed to go to it and some things fell through, so when they announced this tour, I knew I absolutely had to go.

Once tickets went on sale, I was able to snag them, VIP Meet and Greet tickets at that.

Dan and Phil have to be some of the absolute sweetest people that I have ever met in my life. They were so kind and down to earth and truly cared about what you had to say to them and that was something that was so nice to see. Even in their videos, they will sometimes mention that they don't feel like they deserve all this love from people because they're just doing what they love. And that is something that comes across so clearly when you have a conversation with them.

Moving on to the actual show, fans were a little confused when the title, "Interactive Introverts", was released because there wasn't a lot of detail as to what that truly meant. Yet once you watched the show, it made perfect sense. The whole slogan for the show was that Dan and Phil would be 'giving the people what they want' and that is exactly what they did.

From the Dan and Phil Simulator, where the fans control Dan and Phil's choices, to the audience guessing what is in the box that Dan keeps under his bed, and even some special surprises for the fans at the end of the show, they kept us all entertained. Either before the day of the show or during the show, Dan and Phil let the audience choose almost every outcome of what happened in the show and that made it even more fun.

From the fans to Dan and Phil to the entire show this truly was such an amazing night. It is truly such a wonderful, unique thing to be able to have YouTuber's put together one, let alone two, amazing stage shows and be able to allow their fans to see them through something besides a screen. It becomes even more of an interesting and amazing experience when you as the creator get to input some huge surprises for the fans at the show and Dan and Phil did this with such class.

Dan and Phil did an amazing job at being able to combine script and spontaneity into a perfect combo that creates a show that everyone can enjoy. It is one thing to be able to meet some of your idols in real life, but when they're down to earth and then go on to put on an amazing show, it makes the whole experience even better on every platform.

Dan and Phil, thank you so much for being such lights and for everything that you have done, that you do, and that you will do for yourselves and those in your community!

It's officially December. There is less than a month of 2024, and I still feel like yesterday was summer. Now comes the merriest time of the year, the Christmas season.

Everyone has been waiting for this time of year since mid-October (which is way too early, in my opinion) or before. It's a time of love, family, memory-making, and gift-giving. A lot of times when I ask friends and family what they want, I get a lot of "I don't know" or "I don't care."

I was sitting at my cubicle, now that I am an adult, looking at the rain pouring down on the windowsill, bumming on life, wishing for the rain to just stop for a full day.

There are moments where we count down the hours until work is over and how many more days till the weekend, and this many weeks until something exciting. Or something like that? Well, I was bumming because my next day off from work is not until Memorial Day weekend, which is not until the end of May. And since this is my first year out of college being a “real person,” I am totally missing the winter, spring and summer breaks. I am sure all of us have felt this way even if just for a hot minute…

If you go to or went to Kent State, then more than likely you have done or will do some of these things.

1. You’ve slipped and fallen on the ice at least once.
