giphy.comEveryone knows that college kids have it rough. I decided to provide a brief outline of a typical day of a college student.

7:30...Alarm one goes off, groan, roll over, and turn it off

7:45...Alarm two goes off and you question if you really need a degree. Answer is yes you do but you hit snooze anyway

8:00...Alarm three goes off...throw some outfit on with a hat and go for the sporty look...still wondering if it's too late to drop out and be a flight attendant

9:00...Breakfast! Oh eggs! And toast! And that extra large coffee that tastes terrible but you need caffeine so you drink it anyway.

9:30...History class...This does not pertain to my major so why am I here? I wonder if flight attendants get good benefits?

10:30...Yay! Freedom and another coffee is needed!

11:30...Lunch time! As usual there is nothing good so settle for a salad and maybe a slice of pizza...and coffee.

11:45...freak out because you forgot to type that reflection that is due at 12:30

12:20...finish reflection and email to professor and thank the heavens that someone reminded you.

12:30...Psychology class. Now this class isn't too bad but if I was a flight attendant do I get stay in a location for a little bit?

1:45...NAP TIME! ...wait...there's a paper due at 5 and you have one paragraph typed...kick back another coffee...

3:00...boring class that is filled with common sense and the sound of snoring...could I be a flight attendant or should I try a travel agent?

4:15...Dinner! And, surprise, there is nothing good...again...suffer with a burger and fries.

5:00...Philosophy class...Blah blah blah Aristotle Blah blah blah...I wonder if a travel agent gets paid well?

6:15...FREEDOM!!!

6:30...Yes I want Chipotle what kind of question is that?

7:30..."No I did not study for my exam that is tomorrow"...*internal cry of anguish* Start studying...

8:30...Youtube Break!! Let's watch cats!!

9:30...Oh shoot! It's been an hour...okay focus back to studying...

10:30...Well that is as good as it is going to get if I don't know it now I never will.

10:45...okay shower time....and the showers are full...I'll wait till you and your off-key singing are done.

11:30...What is taking you so long?!

11:45...Finally I can shower.

11:50...Time for brief existential crisis of what I am doing with my life.

12:00...End crisis...and shower.

12:30...Type paper on "Why Philosophy is Important" or something like that. Still considering being a travel agent...

1:30...Oh man it's 1:30 I need sleep....but wait there's more! There's a psychology paper you need to type!

2:15...Well I guess I can do this tomorrow....

2:30...So a travel agent? Let's look up what is included in that...

7:30...Start all over again...Travel agent, eh?

College is filled with so much stress, it's no wonder we sleep all the time.

10 Truths About Being In A Sorority

(For Girls Who Are Interested In Greek Life)

Sorority
Rebekah Lee

I remember my freshman year oh so well. I remember feeling terrified the night before orientation. The one thing that I dreaded the most was not the new people, the new environment, or even the academic pressure. I was dreading having to talk to sorority girls about Recruitment. I remember cutting off and avoiding any Rho Gamma/Panhellenic Officer that came my way during First Week. I looked at them like they had asked me to cut my arm off whenever they asked me if I wanted to rush. To be honest, I did not even know what rush was, but I knew that I did NOT want to be a part of it. To me, it was dumb. It was a waste of money. It was a waste of my time.

And guess what? I did not rush my freshman year. I spent the first half of my freshman year isolating myself from everyone on campus. I spent all of my time in the library, and then (since I was a commuter) went back home once my work was finished.

Tiana would no doubt be disappointed in the food our cafeteria has to offer.

And hopefully she would cook for everyone in her dorm.

She definitley would not take any 8:00 am classes because she would be up late baking and cleaning up the communal kitchen that are available in every dorm.
