Cyber Monday, Black Friday's cousin. A lot of shopping for Christmas gifts are online nowadays. Amazon, eBay, iTunes, NHL.com, and NFL.com are just some online sources for great gifts. Most of the gifts I received in years past were purchased online. I've gotten gift cards, jerseys and books mostly. Buying online makes it easier to get gifts for everyone in the family. As a broke college student, we need deals on things we wish to buy for our friends and family.
The phrase "Cyber Monday" has only been in existence since 2005, but the concept has been in practice since the invention of online shopping. It'd also help if you had a credit or debit card also.
Christmas and Hanukkah are about a month away, but it'll be here before we know it. I hope all of your shopping goes well and that your computer doesn't crash when your making payments, or vice versa if the website itself crashes. It's always important to ask those what they want so you can get a head start.
Another simple idea that does not actually require cyber technology. Christmas cards are a more personal way of showing affection to those we love, which I enjoy doing. I'm a writer, and Christmas cards are a great way to send a small gift like a gift card or money to someone. Speaking of which, I have to get on that...
I know we still have about a month until the Christmas/Hanukkah season, but I wanted to wish you all a Happy Holiday season anyways! Cause I'm that nice of a person. Happy New Year too! Hope 2017 is a good year!
