There are so many animals out in the world that are just super cute. Hundreds upon hundreds of animals that no one even knows exist! With their huge ears or their teeny faces, an array of unique traits render each animal twee. Prepare to be overwhelmed by the incredible adorableness of rare animals that I'm sure you've never even heard of.

1. Fennec Fox

The fennec fox is my absolute favorite animal! They are super cute, yet incredibly unheard of. If it maybe looks familiar, it may be because this animal was featured in Disney's, "Zootopia".

2. Klipspringer

Klipspringers are a type of antelope, with shoulders only reaching about 24 inches, as they are incredibly tiny!

3. Pangolin

Pangolins are super adorable. They are the only known mammals to have adapted keratin scales in order to protect themselves

4. Bongo

No, I'm not talking about the type of drum. This animal is one of Africa's biggest types of antelopes, and it's incredibly endangered.

5. Gundi

Gundis are little rodent vegetarians. They can grow up to seven inches and are found in Africa.

6. Serval cat

Okay not going to lie, I think all cats are cute, but this one especially. They can run up 50 mph and tend to keep their eyes closed while hunting in order to focus on their sense of hearing.

7. Margay cat

I had to include another kitty because I just love them. This cat is nocturnal for the most part and can jump 12 feet into the air!

8. Black-footed ferret

Black-footed ferrets are currently endangered. In fact, at one point they were declared extinct before another small group of them was discovered.

9. Pika

Pikas are a tiny type of hare that love rocky areas. Just look at that pika chew!

These are the cutest animals ever. A lot of them are endangered, sadly, but hopefully, that will change soon!
