I've read before that smart people curse a lot. Guess I am not stopping!
Many people get offended by cursing and I can see why. It can get offensive, tiring to hear, and just does not always sound polite. However, it's 2018, and we live in a world where cursing is just increasing and basically implemented into every human's mouth.
Cursing has become more lenient in the workplace, out in public, schools, and even in religious centers!
I personally like cursing to release stress and anger, and truthfully, I got it from my mama.
I will tell you where I do not think cursing should be used; do not curse at someone unless you really feel necessary. Do not call your girlfriend, for instance, a bitch if she made a mistake.
I get it; anger comes about, and cursing comes out. But truthfully, know when to use it. I certainly would not be making cursing a huge thing at a funeral or in front of your three-year-old child. Truthfully though, the child will learn it eventually. Like I said, it's 2018.
My favorite curse word is f*ck. I think you can use it in so many different ways. Like "F*CKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK, meaning you messed up. Or you can use it in the sexual term too. Or just in an exciting way like "I'm so f*cking excited!"
I know people who get offended by cursing as I said. So, of course, be respectful. If you know someone who does not like it in their house, don't curse. But if someone is going to pick you out for cursing every two seconds and they don't like it, that's their problem, but like I said, be respectful and try not to do it so much around them.
I am simply venting about cursing because I truthfully think some people these days still make it a big deal when they hear a curse. It is not only still 2018 but almost 2019. I am pretty sure five-year-olds are cursing these days. That may not be a good thing but at least they are keeping up with the world today.
So be yourself at the end of the day, and curse away. But be respectful and know your boundaries.
Have a f*cking great day!
