The 8 Pop Songs I Currently Have On Repeat

In This Article:

It's already February and the warm weather is on its way. While the cold and brisk air may be giving us that desire of the heat, there are things that could definitely lift our moods. One of them would include music. The best remedy when you dont feel like doing anything. We all have those few songs that we constantly listen to on repeat and I figured I would share a list of my current faves.

Bury A Friend - Billie Eilish

This chilling song is accompanied by an equally chilling video. It's super catchy but might not be everyone. I mean, she's literally in the perspective of a bed monster.

Dancing With A Stranger by Sam Smith and Normani

This smooth song makes you want to fall in love, even if the lyrics tend to be more about a rough breakup but starting fresh with someone new sounds like a nice idea.

7 Rings by Ariana Grande

This empowering post-breakup anthem is just too good. I'm sure everyone is going to be screaming the lyrics to this bop for a while.

I'm So Tired... by Lauv and Troye Sivan

The song title is even a mood. There's never a moment where I'm not tired.

Lost In The Fire by Gesaffelstein and The Weeknd

This epic song will make you want to run a mile in the middle of the night or maybe bump this at a party.

Money by Cardi B

We are all aware Cardi has a way with words but this whole song is such a power move.

Sicko Mode by Travis Scott ft. Drake

Yes, this one is not too recent but who could forget the Super Bowl halftime show. Especially Spongebob's surprise cameo.

Sweet but Psycho by Ava Max

This hit is a super underrated pop song in the charts today. It has an interesting concept and is a fun song to listen to.

Obviously, these songs are super basic and very popular but I'm sure there is at least one song that's unfamiliar. There's nothing wrong with liking pop music. If you consider yourself a major pop fan, this playlist will suit you.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
