2012 was almost a decade ago. I found that I forgot about most of these things, but as soon as I saw a related picture, I was put back into the year 2012.

The world was supposed to end.

Because the Mayan calendar ended on 12/21/2012.

Justin Bieber and Selena broke up.

For the FIRST time and look at them now.

"The Hunger Games" was our LIFE.

In my middle school, we were all required to read this book.

Beyoncé gave birth to her first daughter.

Blue Ivy and now she is 7 years old!

We lost an amazing vocalist.

Whiney Houston passed away on February 11, 2012.

2012 was the year of many things, because of 2012 we learned that we the Mayan's calendar just happened to end on that date. We all cried a little harder when the world lost Whiney Houston. We also all laughed a little harder when we found out Zac Efron got YOLO tattooed on his hand.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!
