One of the basic type of criminal justice Halloween costumes, but nevertheless a classic and easy costume to make or find in a store. All you would need is to buy a police uniform and get accessories such as handcuffs.
Judge
Calling the shots in a courtroom or at a Halloween party can be very exciting and the perfect role for the individual who likes to be the boss of the group. Also, you get to carry around a gavel and wave it at people.
Crime Scene Investigator
With this costume give your unique twist on it and go as your favorite investigator what the hit show "CSI." I know dressing up as either Sara Sidle or Catherine Willows would be fun or the intimidating Horatio Caine. Plus you can always pick this outfit last minute and use a whole lot of yellow crime scene tape!!!!
Inmate
Grab an orange jumpsuit or black and white striped outfit and go as a prisoner, but be expected to give a really good answer to what crime you committed and how you were in the end caught!

Being an FBI Agent can be a fun costume, but being your favorite FBI agent like Spencer Reid or J.J. from Criminal Minds is more exciting and unique to go as. For instance, with Spencer Reid you can not go wrong with the satchel and wearing a fake gun in the front of your pants unlike the usual side holster the rest of the agents are seen wearing.

GiphySuperheroes are constantly fighting crime and saving the life's of the innocent, so what better costume to go as your favorite crime fighter. Go as the iconic Superman or Wonder Woman, or go more unique to your personality and go as Hawkeye or the Black Canary.
US Marshal
I know I would go as Mary Shannon, the awesome US Marshal from the hit show "In Plain Sight." U.S. Marshal does not have a specific Halloween costume in which you can buy so this would be a great pick to go as your favorite agent from a tv series or a movie such as U.S. Marshals.

CIA
Another basis and used criminal justice costume, but an easy one to find nonetheless. Wear a suit and tie, to top off the outfit put on some sunglasses.
Your Favorite Criminal Couple
If you have someone you can dress up with or do couple costumes I would really consider this. You could go as the iconic Bonnie and Clyde with your significant other or the fictional Thelma and Louis with your best friend!

GiphyGo as the quirky and colorful technical analysist for the Behavioral Analysis Unit, Penelope Garcia! This would be a easy and fun costume to put together!
