If you're like me, TV shows, or movies, are you're favorite to binge-watch. During this time of quarantine, i've had the time to catch up on some shows.

1. "Bones"

This TV show has a whopping 12 seasons, with around 23 episodes each season. This show has a great combination of crime, mystery, and romance.

"Bones" features an FBI agent and a Forensic Anthropologist that works at the "Jeffersonian Institution" in Washington D.C., which is a take on the actual Smithsonian of Washington D.C. If you haven't seen this show, it is a must. If you are in need of a binge worthy tv show, you should definitely watching this one.

2. "Criminal Minds"

I watched this show long before quarantine began, but I figured i'd throw it in here. As I am sure everyone knows about this show, everyone should watch it if they are interested in the mystery.

This show is more of a crime-solving show than anything and focuses on many disorders. "Criminal Minds'" final season ended back in February of this as season 15.

3. "Castle"

This show is similar to that of the previously mentioned "Bones". This show features a crime-writing novelist and a New York Detective.

This show is similar in many ways to "Bones", but sadly was cancelled after 8 seasons. The show, however, has wit as well as captivation. This is definitely a binge-worthy tv show.

4. "NCIS"

This show is on its 17th season, being on the air since 2003. I started watching this show back in high school, and have been watching it since. This show is not only based around homicide, but it also deals with espionage and terrorism.

Some of the characters in the show have left or been changed over the years, but this show remains to be one of the most successful crime tv shows in television history.

5. "Law & Order"

With there being multiple upon multiple different Law and Order shows, the one I am referring to is "Law and Order: SVU". This show has been on the air since 1999 and has recently been renewed for 3 more seasons.

Watching this show we see the characters grow over the years, as well as some characters leaving the show. This is expected, however, for a show that has been on for more than 20 years. To this day, "Law and Order: SVU" is one of the oldest shows on TV.

There are, of course, other great shows to watch during quarantine. I have watched several different ones, but for me, I really like crime oriented shows. If you are looking for a binge worthy crime show, any of these would be a great choice.

Stay safe.

7 Ways to Make Your Language More Transgender and Nonbinary Inclusive

With more people becoming aware of transgender and non-binary people, there have been a lot of questions circulating online and elsewhere about how to be more inclusive. Language is very important in making a space safer for trans and non-binary individuals. With language, there is an established and built-in measure of whether a place could be safe or unsafe. If the wrong language is used, the place is unsafe and shows a lack of education on trans and non-binary issues. With the right language and education, there can be more safe spaces for trans and non-binary people to exist without feeling the need to hide their identities or feel threatened for merely existing.

Blair Waldorf
Stop Hollywood

For those of you who have watched "Gossip Girl" before (and maybe more than just once), you know how important of a character Blair Waldorf is. Without Blair, the show doesn’t have any substance, scheme, or drama. Although the beginning of the show started off with Blair’s best friend Serena returning from boarding school, there just simply is no plot without Blair. With that being said, Blair’s presence in the show in much more complex than that. Her independent and go-getter ways have set an example for "Gossip Girl" fans since the show started and has not ended even years after the show ended. Blair never needed another person to define who she was and she certainly didn’t need a man to do that for her. When she envisioned a goal, she sought after it, and took it. This is why Blair’s demeanor encompasses strong women like her.

Singing is something I do all day, every day. It doesn't matter where I am or who's around. If I feel like singing, I'm going to. It's probably annoying sometimes, but I don't care -- I love to sing! If I'm not singing, I'm probably humming, sometimes without even realizing it. So as someone who loves to sing, these are some of the feelings and thoughts I have probably almost every day.
