All across America the new scare has surfaced itself in the flamboyant apparel of spots and stripes. The newest craze to be heard of around America is Creepy Clowns; friends or foes? Middle aged men have been patrolling the streets dressed in gaudy attire, luring in children with the promise of candy and/or money. It began as a simple sighting of these characters around woods and in streets, simply making themselves known. Now they've grown more criminal with their behaviors; chasing people with weaponry and breaking onto property have been the most we've seen from them. Why they even began is still a mystery to us. Many claim them to be the copy-cats of the Clown featured in the television series American Horror Story; Freak-show.The Clown created there also kidnapped children from their homes and lured in the younger generation to the woods. Other theories suggest that it's a publicity stunt made by an upcoming movie, but the majority of the beliefs stem from the fear of this being some new type of freaky gang. Whatever the cause may be, people can't decide on anything but the fact that it terrifies them to no ends.

It began in the Southeastern United states and has now spread across the country. Schools have been forced to close due to these sightings and threats made. Many sightings have been reported of by families with children mainly, the clowns terrorize them in futile attempts to lure children from their homes and into the woods. Many other reports have been called in dealing with the Clowns harassing students on their way home from the bus-stop. Clowns by the reference of “Flomo Klowns” threatened schools through social media, the schools were closed down but the Clowns still followed through with their threats and showed up on the property. The threats have gotten so believing and so scary that a little girl in Athens, Georgia brought in a knife to school for “protection from the Clowns”. Aside from the life-threatening claims they make, they've also acted upon fear by chasing various people on the streets in both the daytime and night. Robberies have been made by various suspects wearing clown masks, the police still have yet to identify if these clowns belong to the same “gang” that the other clowns seem to be part of. The clowns have even been contacted by children to come to their school and kill one of their least favorite teachers.

Between teenagers thinking it's a funny fad to copy and actual threats, it's difficult for the police to identify who they should treat with brutality. Teenagers who see this epidemic as a joke continuously dress up and patrol the streets carelessly, striking fear into the hearts of anyone they come across. The police have sent out mass media to tell teenagers to stop dressing like these clowns as a joke, they will be treated as hostile and arrested immediately. Police as well confirmed various children reports of “Clown sightings” as a hoax, not to say that the Clowns aren't out there. They most definitely are, and within the past month more and more of them have been popping up along woodland areas and places with many children. They mainly try and lure in children but they have been reported for chasing around adults just as much as they chase around children.

As Halloween approaches faster and faster police send out more warnings to civilians to remain vigilant. There have already been numerous accounts over booming social media websites of people claiming to not partake in Halloween this year at all. Within these accounts there are the threats plastered to the websites, it seems the Clowns have even made an account for themselves to get all the information they want out. These people many keep deeming as “harmless” are everything but, they're absolutely dangerous and if given the chance would hurt you and your children.

"Friends" maybe didn’t have everything right or realistic all the time, but they did have enough episodes to create countless reaction GIFs and enough awesomeness to create, well, the legacy they did. Something else that is timeless, a little rough, but memorable? Living away from the comforts of home. Whether you have an apartment, a dorm, your first house, or some sort of residence that is not the house you grew up in, I’m sure you can relate to most of these!

There is nothing quite like family.

Family is kinda like that one ex that you always find yourself running back to (except without all the regret and the angsty breakup texts that come along with it).

No matter how long your class is, there's always time for the mind to wander. Much like taking a shower or trying to fall asleep, sitting in a classroom can be a time when you get some of your best ideas. But, more than likely, you're probably just trying to mentally cope with listening to a boring lecturer drone on and on. Perhaps some of the following Aristotle-esque thoughts have popped into your head during class.

Bob's Burgers
Adult Swim

Bob's Burgers is arguably one of the best and most well-written shows on tv today. That, and it's just plain hilarious. From Louise's crazy antics to Tina's deadpan self-confidence, whether they are planning ways to take over school or craft better burgers, the Belchers know how to have fun. They may not be anywhere close to organized or put together, but they do offer up some wise words once and awhile.

We're in college, none of us actually have anything together. In fact, not having anything together is one of our biggest stressors. However, there's a few little things that we do ever so often that actually make us feel like we have our lives together.

1. Making yourself dinner

And no this does not include ramen or Annie's Mac & Cheese. Making a decent meal for yourself is one of the most adult things you can do living on campus. And the food is much better than it would be at the dining hall.
