The myth that "scratch" cupcakes are inherently better than box mixes deserves to be debunked. With a little creativity and a few minor alterations, box cake mixes can be just as much of a crowd pleaser as their more complex counterparts.

1. Cadbury Creme Egg Cupcakes: To create these scrumptious cupcakes, all you will need is a milk chocolate cake box mix, vegetable oil, eggs, water, Cadbury Creme Eggs, vanilla frosting, and yellow food coloring. First, mix the cake mix following the instructions on the box. Then, to insert the egg into the batter you fill cupcake liners 1/3 full in the pan, then insert the eggs, cover with batter until the liner is 3/4 full, and bake. Simply mix yellow food coloring into the frosting, and you are ready to go!

Then take roughly 20 Oreos and separate the cookies from their creams. Crush the cookies, and mix 1/2 cup of cookie crumbs into the batter and bake.
