This has just been one of those weeks. You know, the kind where you are so busy that you don't really have time to eat, sleep or breathe. I have had to schedule every day down to the minute, and it has just been exhausting. I'm sure we have all experienced hectic times such as this at some point or another.
Often times, in these moments of chaos, I find myself questioning why i'm still doing it. Why am I trying so hard? It is easy to get discouraged when you're sleep deprived and stressed, but in these times it is important to continue on and push through. This speaks to your character more than you may realize at the time. Although you may struggle to find motivation at times, there is no greater satisfaction than surviving a week from hell. It shows you just how capable you are of accomplishing what you set your mind to.
I stumbled across a quote on pinterest recently that says, "Every time you were convinced you couldn't go on, you did." I think of these words quite often because they are so true. We all have moments when we think that there is no way we can do this or that, but we do them, and we somehow forget that they were even an obstacle. Then the next challenge comes along, often times a little harder to get through than the last, and somehow we continue to make it through.
I think that this is just a reminder that we are stronger and more capable than we know. We are allowed to have doubts and be overwhelmed, but at the end of the day we just have to take a deep breath and get it done, and there is a certain strength that gives us. I think its pretty amazing that we have overcome so many obstacles, and keep on kicking. So next time you are struggling or just have a really hectic day, remember that you are only getting stronger, and say "Bring it on."
