With Thanksgiving Break upon us, all college students realize what that really means-- only two more weeks before the semester is over. So, in the spirit of Thanksgiving, here is a countdown to the end of fall semester and the beginning of the break we've all been waiting for.

1. Calculating just how many hours you have left in your classes.

2. Telling yourself you'll make it through.

3. But it feels like time can not pass any slower.

4. Your reaction when anyone mentions finals.

5. Because you got this.

6. Then you finally look at what you have to do.

And realize just how little time you have to do it.

7. But you pretend you've still got your life together.

Especially when the family asks.

8. But those finals are the only things keeping you from a sweet, sweet break.

9. And you're not going down without a fight.

10. Because, more than anything, you just want out of here.

11. And you finish your last final.

12. And you're finally on break.

13. But you realize you only have a month before you have to go back.

As a college student, I feel as if people don't understand just how exhausted I, and fellow college students are. We have so many things going on, all the time, and sometimes it's hard to explain to people how we feel. Personally...I'm tired. I'm sad. And I'm struggling every single day with my emotions. But the thing is, it hasn't always been this way. I haven't always hated school, so why am I feeling like this now?
