"I'm an imperfect person living in an imperfect world serving a perfect God." (Psalm 46:5)

Everything you do, you must do it for the glory of God. There's no better or higher satisfaction than living every day for Him.

Are you putting Him first? At some point in our lives we've all had a pair of pants that got worn out and started getting holes, so you had to cover the hole with a patch. In reality, you should've just bought a new pair of pants so the whole pair was the same. So here's what I'm saying, stop making God only a patch of your life. He wants you to make Him the whole part. He wants all of you, not just a patch of your life.

Make small goals: Make a goal that you will pray every morning and night, or before every meal. Make a goal to read a devotional every morning or bible passage.

Find a community of faith: Surround yourself with people who will push you in your faith.

PRAY PRAY PRAY: There are people who only call on God and pray when they need something. There are people who will only pray on Sundays and then there's some who will just go weeks & forget they have a God who is eager to hear from them. Everyone is guilty of forgetting a day to pray. Many are guilty of not praying and thanking God when lives are going great, but never forget to break down to Him when life isn't going so great. Believers have to remember that we serve a JEALOUS God. While your out praising everything but Him, that's when He wants your attention the most. The happiness in your life doesn't exist without God.

birthday party

My birthday has never been my favorite holiday. I've found that I'm more excited to celebrate my friends' and family members' birthdays more than my own. I don't like being the center of attention, so I usually celebrate over dinner with a small group of family and friends. This way, I can enjoy myself naturally without feeling like I have to entertain everyone and make sure they are satisfied. In the past when I've had large parties, I was so nervous that people weren't perfectly content that I didn't enjoy myself at my own celebration.

College Informations

Most of us have already started the spring semester, and for those of you who haven't started yet, you suck.

It seems like coming back from winter break wouldn't really be a break all things considered, since we all come back to school and pick up right where we left off. We know exactly what to expect, yet we're unprepared every single time.

I'm serious

There are tons of unisex names that are popular: Taylor, Alex, Bailey, etc. There are also numerous names that are used for both sexes, but they’re not seen as “unisex” yet. People are slowly becoming accustomed to the dual use of these names, but for the most part, in their minds they associate certain names with certain sexes. And that leaves those of us with these names in many awkward situations.

CSU

I'm an anthropology major, and I love every minute of it. I couldn't tell you why, but I guess there's just something about studying different lifestyles that absolutely fascinates me. But anthropology majors definitely have our weird sides, especially when you go to a school that is filled with mostly Business and Bio majors. But us weirdos definitely have a lot in common, specifically these 16 things.

pale girl

Everyone has insecurities, that's just a fact. You didn't ask to be born this way. You didn't ask to inherit the one trait no one else in your family has. And you definitely didn't ask to be this ghostly white. But as soon as you've learned to live with it for a while (less wrinkles later on in life, right? right???) someone has to ruin it for you. They have to flaunt they're perfectly tanned body from Spring Break and hold their sun-kissed skin against yours. But I've had enough... here are the things that perpetually pale individuals are tired of hearing.
