1. Stay Organized
Keep a schedule of when you have things due and what you need to get done, it'll help immensely.
2. Don't Procrastinate
I'm a total hypocrite for saying this, but it definitely feels better to get things done in a timely matter.
3. Ask For Help If You Need It
There's nothing wrong with asking.
4. Remember Your Grades Don't Define You
You are more than a piece of paper! Don't let it get you down if you don't do as fabulously as you'd hoped.
5. Remember That At Least It's Almost Christmas
The silver lining.
6. Eat And Sleep Enough
Healthy physical health will help with your mental health.
7. Take A Break If You're Freaking Out
Go do something else if it's just not working, usually a bit of time off will do a lot of good.
8. Go Hang Out With Some Animals For A Bit
They have emotional support animals for a reason, and that's because animals rock go pet something fluffy.
9. Chocolate
Because... Chocolate.
