The beginning of the semester means that summer has unfortunately come to a close. While I know a lot of people are probably excited to get back to campus and away from their parents, what most of us are not excited about is the impending start of classes. While it will be nice to finally have a solid schedule, the thought of actually doing work is disgusting. While I had the misfortune of taking summer classes over the summer, I have had a two week break between summer classes and fall semester and I don't even want to think about fall classes starting. So instead, I have been thinking about cats wearing hats.
1. Mr. Cat
This cat looks quite fancy in his top hat. I'm sure he has an important dinner or business meeting he has to attend. Whatever it may be, he looks pretty stylish.
2. Lion Cat
While he could have gone with a more realistic mane, I applaud him on his effort. While I can't tell if he is impressed or slightly disappointed with his costume, I myself am impressed.
3. Halloween Cat
This cat is quite ready for a spooky and spoopy Halloween. Going with a classic witch get up, this cat looks stylish and fluffy. A real crowd pleaser if you ask me.
4. French Cat
This cat just got straight off the plane from France and it looks like he really enjoyed his trip. He is a very lucky cat for being able to visit France by himself. I wish I could go to France. I'm sure he ate a lot of macarons and baguettes on his trip.
5. Watermelon Cats
I applaud these cats on their creativity and their choice of hats. They look quite pleased with themselves as well. This is what I call high fashion. In fact, I think they compete with the top designers in the world. I would buy one of their fancy watermelon hats myself.
6. Caught Off Guard Cat
This guy is sporting a pretty cool knit hat if you ask me. While he doesn't look too pleased in this picture, I can promise you he was caught off guard. What a great cat.
7. Tiny Hat Cat
This guy wants to be sophisticated, yet not too sophisticated. He'd love to be a grown up cat, but he knows that that won't happen for a long time. I think his tiny top hat is quite fitting and he should definitely join Mr. Cat for a nice, fancy dinner.
8. Styrofoam Cats
These guys decided to follow the lead of their friends Watermelon Cats, but decide to go for a look that was more affordable than their other friends. They decided to use everyday, household products to create their edgy look and I approve.
9. Yoko Ono Cat
This cat is just soaking in the vibes and reminds me a lot of Yoko Ono for some reason. I enjoy her hat and her glasses give her an effortless look.
10. Batman Cat
This cat isn't very original, but I still respect it. His mask goes flawlessly with his fur and he has a very nice pose. I think he could fool anyone with his Batman disguise.
