I have been studying abroad for just about two months now, and it has been an unforgettable experience. From traveling just about every weekend to figuring out how to call a foreign city home, these eight weeks have taught me a lot. And while the travels and the actual, physical experiences have colored my time abroad greatly, this experience wouldn't be half of what it is without the people I'm studying abroad with.
I've met some really amazing people here, and I'm lucky to call them my friends.
I have a group chat with some friends who I've met abroad. It's interesting, to say the least. And while it started fairly generic (let's meet here, what time are you leaving for class, who wants to grab dinner), it has escalated to anything but normal.
To the friends I've made and to the ones who have sent these texts --thank you for spicing up my day, everyday.
Here are some of my favorite texts from our group chat abroad (the less context, the more fun!)--
