Confessions Of A Person Dealing With Anxiety

m sitting at a computer at school writing to you about the confessions of a person dealing with anxiety faces. For one, I have anxiety... bad, so I have a little bit of insight about what we others dealing with anxiety feel like. This way make you laugh and you may find this relatable, so I hope you enjoy these little confessions.

1. WE THINK OTHERS ARE MAD AT US EVEN IF THEY ARE NOT

Yeah....talk about annoying! We tend to start an issue with someone that was never an issue in the first place! We go on and on about how we think you are angry with us and say that you are sorry a gazillion of times. The funny thing is, they were not mad in the begining, but now they are more annoyed with you than before.

2. WE HATE IT WHEN WE CAN'T CONTROL WHAT WE ARE THINKING

Everyday, something always gets in the way of us thinking about what we should normally be thinking about. Unfortunately, there is NEVER a day where our mind and our thoughts are circling around, around, and around. It seems like we never seem to catch a break.

3. WE GET STRESSED OUT EASILY

LOL, I am already into my third day of school and I am already stressed about trying to juggle school work and a job. Heck, I am even stressed out about what I am going to eat for dinner. We stress over what seems like the stupidest thing to some people, but for us, it's life or death.

4. WE TEND TO ISLOATE OURSELVES

Yes this is extremely true; we do not want to burden others with our problems so we are likely to turn away from people. We know it is not okay to just lay around doing nothing, but sometimes we feel that is best so we do not bother our friends and family with our anxiety.

5. WE DO LIKE TO HAVE FUN

A lot of people assume we do not like to have fun because we tend to isolate ourselves from the outside world. In reality, we love having fun because it gets our minds off of our worries for a little while. Please do not hestiate to hang out with someone who sufferes from anxiety. They might need you now more than ever.

6. SHAKING OUR LEGS DOES HELP

I do not know about you, but I shake my leg constantly (sometimes without even knowing). I notice I shake my leg more when I am under some sort of stress (which happens to be all the time) For whatever reason, IT HELPS. SO people that deal with anxiety....keep shaking your leg!

7. WE STRESS EAT

I know some people do not eat at all when they are dealing with anxiety and sometimes I don't, but I tend to over eat when I am going through my anxiety. First it starts with fruit, then cake, then ice cream, then a donut, and you know how the rest of it goes.

8. WE ARE LOVERS, NOT FIGHTERS

When we love something, we love it hard. We are very passionate about what and who we love. We care so much to the point where it can come acorss as over caring. We over care, because we get stressed out, because we do not want anything bad happening. We are passionate about every one in our lives and we try to hold on for as long as we can.

9. THE WERIDEST THINGS CALMS US DOWN

I know fidget spinners are the "new craze" to help cope with anxiety, but other people like different ways of trying to remain calm. Whenever I am feeling an anxiety attack, I have to walk away and pace back and forth until I feel like myself again.

10. WE ARE HUMAN

We are human, humans that need a little extra love and a little extra reassuarance that we are okay. Havin anxiety is completely normal so please remember that. You are perfect exaclty the way you are.

GOOD LUCK!

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
