Hey there, you probably clicked on this article because you can relate.

To be simply complicated means that you have a lot to offer the world, you just don't always know where to channel your energy. Give yourself a break, you're trying your best to develop into the person you were meant to be. Take a breath, step back and smile about it all. If someone approaches you with their egotistic ways and proclaims that you are complicated, they might not expect the response you give them. There is almost always two key responses that one can expect to hear back from people like us.

If they are a spitfire, odds are you can simply expect to hear, "thank you" with a simple smile to follow. It's a compliment to be a chase these days. So don't be shocked when we sit there and claim it as something potentially good. At the end of the day, if we are complicated and you are attracted to that type, that means that we are doing something right. Don't let our game fool you though. We are human and there are emotions within us waiting to be discovered. We seem mysterious and hard to figure out, but in all reality, we love the hardest.

Then there's the complicated type that will argue with you till they are blue in the face that they aren't in fact complicated. Honey, claim the title and move on with your day because odds are you're complicated and they aren't worth your time. These people truly are complicated because they are in denial about who they are unlike the first type. It's all about owning who you are and shoot if you're complicated that means you have a lot to lose so don't let go.

As much as it sounds like being complicated is viewed as a type of way to have fun, let me ensure you that it is not. People like us are not playing a game. Well, sometimes we are, but it is a sense of protection. Can you blame me for wanting to make sure I am safe? Quit feeling bad about the situation and move on. The more you focus on the idea that I am complicated, the more complicated I will actually become.

You're probably rolling your eyes at this point if you aren't the complicated one reading this. Don't feel bad for me and you really shouldn't feel bad about yourself. I am not out to get you. Please give us simply complicated people some time to process what emotions we are feeling. Yes, I know that this entire article probably sounds complicated. Take a second to just soak in my presence and quit trying to figure me out. I will in due time let you know who I am. That's the beauty of being a complicated person. It's really simple. Let me be myself and time will tell you who I am.

6 Signs You Are An English Major

There are various stereotypes about college students, most of which revolve around the concept of your major. Unfortunately, we often let stereotypes precede our own judgments, and we take what information is immediately available to us rather than forming our own opinions after considerable reflection. If I got a dollar for every time my friends have made a joke about my major I could pay my tuition. One stereotype on campus is the sensitive, overly critical and rigid English major. Here are six telltale signs you are one of them.

27 Things 'The Office' Has Taught Us

"The Office" is a mockumentary based on everyday office life featuring love triangles, silly pranks and everything in between. It can get pretty crazy for just an average day at the office.

When you were little, your parents probably told you television makes your brain rot so you wouldn't watch it for twelve straight hours. However, I feel we can learn some pretty valuable stuff from television shows. "The Office," while a comedy, has some pretty teachable moments thrown in there. You may not know how to react in a situation where a co-worker does something crazy (like put your office supplies in jello) but thanks to "The Office," now you'll have an idea how to behave ifsomething like that should happen.

Here are just a few of the things that religious Office watchers can expect to learn.

Being pre-med is quite a journey. It’s not easy juggling school work, extracurricular activities, volunteering, shadowing, research, and MCAT prep all at the same time. Ever heard of “pain is temporary, but GPA is forever?” Pre-meds don’t just embody that motto; we live and breathe it. Here are 10 symptoms you’re down with the pre-med student syndrome.

High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

Books were always about understanding for me, about learning the way someone else sees, about connection.

High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

I keep making this joke whenever the idea of books is brought up: "God, I wish I knew how to read." It runs parallel to another stupid phrase, as I watch my friends struggle through their calculus classes late at night in our floor lounge: "I hope this is the year that I learn to count." They're both truly idiotic expressions, but, when I consider the former, I sometimes wonder if there's some truth to it.

One Book Made Me Question Existence In Its Entirety

"The Stranger" by Albert Campus touches upon many heavy elements... but not in the way you expect. Although it touches upon the aspects of death and love, it also deals with a hidden philosophy similar to that of nihilism.

The story follows the short life events of Meursault, a Frenchman whose carelessness for his actions eventually ends him in jail and dependent on a jury of people to judge the ethicality of his decision and the punishment that he deserves. He eventually gets the death penalty and all throughout he is nonchalant and almost apathetic towards his situation. He finally snaps when the prison sends a priest to him to absolve him of his sins and to cajole him in confessing to the lord.
