I went to tour the University of Kentucky recently and was so surprised with how much I enjoyed being there. I never thought that I would want to move away from home, but after this trip, I can definitely see myself living there during my college years and beyond.

The campus was absolutely beautiful and felt very safe, plus they have the best school colors! My favorite part was really seeing how everyone on campus interacted and really seemed to love it there. I had the best college tour I could've asked for, and everyone was so nice and willing to help. After the tour, we decided to show some school spirit and go to a football game!

If you are hesitant about attending college in a different state, just go and tour the campus to see if it would be a good fit for you! I went to the tour thinking that maybe I wouldn't like it, but now I cant wait to hopefully call this place home in a year. Don't be afraid to try new things because you never know what could happen. Go Cats!

Writing a paper is never fun and is rarely rewarding. The writer's block, the page requirement, be specific, but don’t summarize, make sure you fixed any grammatical errors, did you even use spellcheck? and analyze, analyze, analyze.

Papers can be a major pain. They take up so much time and effort that by the end of the process you hate yourself and you hate the professor for making life so difficult. Questions of your existence start roaming in your mind. Am I even cut out for college if I can’t write a single paper? Am I even capable of taking care of myself if I lack the energy to open my laptop and start typing?
