As a college student, we often find ourselves juggling 20 different tasks; trying to get enough sleep, maintain a social life, call your parents, study for that exam, make time to go to the gym, and in-between all that find time to eat. Fast food is not always ideal but sometimes it's just more convenient. And who doesn't like an iced coffee to get through what feels like the longest day? Or treating yourself to your favorite junk food after a long week? So here's the list:

1. Dunkin' Donuts/Starbucks

Are you really a college student if you do not go to at least one of these places? I speak for myself but iced coffee is a college must. I do not know if I could've survived some of those late night study sessions without the help of either of these places.

2. Chipotle/Moes

Hold on, before you get offended I know these are two different restaurants. Everyone typically has one they prefer over the other. All opinions aside, Chipotle and Moes are great places to go to get some good food when your cramming or studying for that class you hate. Why not enjoy a burrito or rice bowl while studying for the less than enjoyable class you had to take.

3. Subway

Good old' Subway. Safe to say we all know what subway is. Some of the best subs around. Meatball, turkey, vegetarian, chicken finger, ham, grilled chicken.....yes, lots of options.

4. Pizza

Marks, Dominos, Pizza hut, Cams, Salvatore's, Papa Johns, Little Caesars, Or whichever Pizza place is your go to. And no time to go pick it up? They deliver. Pizza is a college student hit.

5. Mcdonalds/Burger King

Late night cravings? This is probably the go to place. Once again I know these are two different restaurants and you probably have a favorite. But they both can satisfy the late night hunger. Whether that be getting a Big Mac or maybe just an ice cream sundae. It fulfills the craving either way.

6. Wendys

Wendys is also a college favorite. Burgers, Chicken, fries and do not forget the signature frosty. A frosty can help you through any rough day.

7. Bruggers Bagels

Bruggers is perfect for the early morning cram, or afternoon rush. With so many varieties of bagels and cream cheese its hard to not love Brueggers.

8.Taco Bell

Sometimes you just need that late night taco or quesadilla. They also give a student discount, and let's be honest we all appreciate that.

9. Sonic

Another restaurant that is not local to my college, but is a favorite for sure. Sonic is a drive-in, and who would not love going to the drive-in, staying right in your car, eating dinner and studying for your exam, or taking a break and hanging out with friends. Wish we had some closer, super jealous of those who have a local one.

10. Tim Hortons

Tim Hortons, in my opinion, deserved its own category. It's not just a bake shop or coffee shop, but you can get paninis, mac and cheese, soup and other sandwiches. Does not disappoint.

So regardless of your preferences these are by far some of my favorite fast food restaurants. As a college student, these have saved me and my friends for sure. If you are a college student you know how it is. These places make it a little easier. Coffee and bagel with my study session? Yes please.

Going to the gym and working out on a daily basis (with breaks once in awhile) has been a great way for me to feel good about myself. It is 100% more than just looking good. Especially after starting college and having the stress and anxiety of tests, assignments, and just figuring out my future, the gym at my school has definitely been a place of relief for me and I have numerous reasons of why everyone should push themselves to get to the gym when they can.

It is a time where one day you can feel like you are on top of the world and then the next day you are 500 feet below the ground surface.

It's a pain to learn but it's definitely worth it in the end.

When I was learning how to talk, I was taught both Portuguese and English at the same time. In elementary school, I started taking mandatory Spanish classes, which I did well in because of my knowledge of Portuguese. Then in high school, on top of taking Spanish, I also started taking French. Now, in college, already fluent in English and Portuguese, I'm in the process of becoming fluent in Spanish, and I have a standard high school level understanding of French.
