Almost every person I know has a pet. Now, I know not everyone has the same relationship with their furry loved ones as others, but if you happen to be close, I think you’ll be able to relate to both of these sets of gifs. I'm a girl away at college who constantly misses her energetic Jack Russell Terrier. I'd like to think there are others of you out there who miss your pet(s) like crazy while you're away at school. So, let's get on with the accurate feelings, thanks to some gifs! I would also like to apologize in advance for probably only using dog gifs. Can't help it if I'm a dog lover!

Set One: What it feels like to be away from your furry best friend

Realizing you have to leave so you must give hugs and kisses

Getting half way to school and realizing:

Dreading that you won't be able to lay down on the floor with your furry friend when you arrive at school (like you do at home).

Getting a SnapChat of your pet from a family member is, like, the best part of your day.

And this is your reaction despite the fact they can't see you:

So then you get sad.

And then you go back and look at all the pictures and videos you've taken of your furry friend.

Finally, you wish you would have had to the guts to sneak him/her with you to school.

Set Two: Finally being reunited with your furry best friend

Realizing you get to go home to that furry best friend and what you're thinking the whole drive home:

Feeling like the happiest baby in the world when you're reunited:

Giving hugs every time you walk by them:

And doing this:

And this (because they need pampered):

And maybe this when your friends from home want to do things:

And lastly, talking to (and taking lots of pictures of) your furry best friend:

So there you have it! We may have to sacrifice some of our time away from our pets, but knowing they’re equally excited to see you when you get home is always the best feeling in the world.

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.
