As I get older, I find myself relating more and more to characters on my favorite television shows--characters I'd always liked but never imagined I'd actually become. One, in particular, is Chandler Bing, but I've noticed that most college students are also Chandler in some way or another. College and the stress, growth, and exhaustion that comes with it brings out the Chandler Bing in us all.
1. We've discovered the joy of staying in and going to bed early.
2. We've come to accept our dancing abilities.
3. We've mastered the art of flirting. (And style)
4. We understand that, half of the time, nobody is listening to us.
5. We know how to make ourselves laugh.
6. We also know how to avoid confrontation at all costs.
7. Our mocking skills have matured to a whole new level.
8. We've grown accustomed to the pain of meeting new people.
9. We recognize our abilities in communication.
10. We know how to entertain ourselves when we're alone.
11. We've learned to be skeptical to arguments.
12. We realize that what we say is not always meaningful.
13. We can be pretty insecure.
14. We reach a point where we stop caring altogether.
15. We've learned to warn people about our quirks.
16. We've forgotten how to use our internal filters.
17. Sometimes, we reach our breaking point.
18. We discover new abilities everyday.
19. And we know how to be sneaky when sleeping in class.
