If you haven't started your Spring semester yet, I'm sure you will be heading back to your respective college campuses soon. Upon the beginning of my second Spring semester, I am reminded of all the things that I have previously experienced in the Spring. These experiences are outlined below:
1. OMG, classes start tomorrow.
You haven't been on a class-friendly sleep schedule for a month and all of sudden you have to be dressed and on the other side of campus by 8 a.m. Great.
2. Refund Time
If you worked your butt off in high school and had a surplus of scholarships and financial aid, at most schools, you get that money back in your pockets. Use it wisely, fam.
3. Books? We need books, again
Regardless of how much your refund was, you HATE having to give your money to the bookstore for books your professors may or may not even use.
4. First class of the semester? I got this!
You enter the lecture hall, and you see 80 students, none of them you know. The professor is fumbling through the syllabus and is handling out diagnostic exams. What I have we gotten ourselves into?
5. Roll call!
"Okay, guys. Stand up, state your name, major, and classification." Well, crap. I have to speak? *mentally prepares myself*
6. Can I sleep yet?
It's Thursday at 3:30, and your class ends at 3:45, can you survive it? You've been going strong all week and deserve this nap, but you're on the front row.
